I once had a bf in Newcastle in the uk, I’m from Cornwall in uk ,, only 420 miles apart but when I went there I had never in my life felt a temperature like it, I honestly felt like I was burning when I went back indoors, it was painful, I have no idea how ppl survive such extremes

Wow interesting tour! Thank you for making this video. I would have been very nervous traveling on the ice alone in the dark, and in the nuclear storage unit, you were very calm.

lol as soon as I saw those specific noodles I thought "Oh man, he's in for a spicy experience". I would not eat those when staying outdoors without a good toilet!

Финская граница закрыта из-за путинской войны и из-за того , что русские пограничники пускают мигрантов в Финляндию без нужных документов. И городская библиотека Выборга спроектировала известным финским архитектором Алваром Аалто.

Thank you. As a descendant of Karelian ancestors it was nice to finally see some footage from there. It was haunting to see my grandfather cry for his childhood home while he was slowly turning back to childhood memories with his Alzhaimers before he passed away. The stories, songs and memories of Karelia were always present. Sadly still even to this day it's obvious everything is tightly controlled (the guards checking you don't flee to Finland) and I'm amazed you could publish this video especially since it was not all russian propaganda. I'm sad the areas are not kept to the standard they were. It would be interesting to hear from families with both finnish and russian ancestors since every time either side speaks people seem to refuse to listen because they think they know better. One very telling point is that most western countries (where information is mostly freely available and not controlled) side with Finland on the history of the winter war/continuation war so there are facts that can be checked when they are not buried under propaganda.

You can't heat yourself with gas from a kitchen stove or dry anything over it. In the Russian Federation, people regularly die from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Really interesting. I'm from the surrounding of Bitterfeld area in Eastern Germany. The air here was polluted until the collapse of the German Democratic Republic and the liquidation in the same way. I was born in the 90s after the dissolving of the factories (mostly brown coal power plants, chemical industries and colour and film (ORWO) production), but many people speak about how it was. Children had heavy airway diseases. An aunt of mine suffered from blood cancer. Eyes were watery when people passed Bitterfeld, their skin was burning and they couldn't breathe. It was because of the extremely high level of sulfur dioxide, nitrous gases and all kind of toxic dump which was unloaded in public spaces, just like woods, rivers and lakes. Laundered white clothing turned grey in hours and people in this region didn't know white snow because it was always almost black due to the highly polluted air. Picture from arond 1990: bilder.deutschlandfunk.de/FI/LE/_d/b9/FILE_db9198cb88b3af6b50195d7a126115aa/190517-bitterfeld-jpg-100-1920x1080.jpg Just hope the best, especially health for the inhabitants of Norilsk. Great video nevertheless! Greetings from East Germany! :D
