Our patients who eat 100% raw fruits and vegetables tend to do very well eating fruit liberally. In fact, we regularly see patients being weaned off insulin eating fruit if they are eating 100% raw fruit and vegetables only.

In his clinic they serve them as part of their raw detox for some people. Blended raw I would think so. I fallow Dr Brook Goldner and and that's part of her program a green smoothie Greens flax seeds fruit banana and water to the top drink everyday plus a salad everyday. Whole food plant based high fiber nutritional dense diet cover's everything. Plenty of water sleep exercise fasting detoxing everyday destress prayer and meditation if you like. Just sharing information I ran across seeking knowledge on this topic. Thanks to everyone on this journey. Awakening is happening slowly but surely for some of us. Keep sharing information. Much appreciated Dr. M.

When he said mutagen, I was thinking of mute meaning to diminish something. So I was thinking, mutagen means, the beginning of the end. LOL That might not be the correct translation, but it pretty much is what happens I guess.

Okay Dr. Graham let's not call it DETOX but let's call it a Cleansing Reaction👍 I like both doctors but Dr Graham has to be a little bit on the fruity side... And as far as the acidosis that occurs when you eat fruits THAT is because the fruit is breaking up all the lining of the acidic undigested Foods in your system.... So just to take a fourth of teaspoon of baking soda in a little water do quickly buffer the acid residue of the fruit is cleansing and breaking through and you'll be fine. You'll get more ALKALINE. Continue with the program but eat a little bit more GREENS. Green's high content of chlorophyll has an extreme alkaline effect on your bloodstream 👍

My body talks to me every time I go off raw, even when I do a 2 minute sauté. I'm still cheating but I know that it's not the ideal way to eat. "Browning" or cooking is killing what you're trying to get from the food. Regarding 42:25 the mention of high fat/low insulin function is VERY interesting to me. I THOUGHT that I was eating healthy when I was on Keto. Lean body, moderate exercise. Zero sugar, bread, pasta, rice in my diet but I was pre-diabetic and low blood oxygen. Maybe, that's what happened. Idk.

The other problem iis sedentary people cannot digest fruit and vegetables well, they can digest grains and cooked food. Yes atheletes can digest raw fruits and vegetables, you have to move in order to digest them though. We dont have an athletic society of people we have a sedentary one. Thats why if sedentary people eat raw fruit and vegetables they get indigestion and gas bloating.
