Not knee friendly. Most people with bad knees cannot do floor excercises

@@marlena9992 Thanks for your comment! Just to clarify, the exercises in this video are designed to be knee-friendly by avoiding squats and lunges, which can sometimes be tough on the joints. Floor exercises are safe, and for extra comfort, a mat over a carpet can help. If ongoing knee pain is a concern, it’s always a good idea to consult a doctor. Strengthening the leg muscles, as shown in this video, can actually help alleviate knee pain over time. Speaking from personal experience, as someone who tore my ACL, strengthening has been key to my recovery and preventing further pain.

Thank you ❤️ I stretch for split every 4 days with 1 day off.. I am close to the ground after 1 month exercising... But I get so tired doing the warm up before stretching. Any tip for easy warm up before stretching?

Hi Angela! I apologize for late response! Warm up is a crucial part before stretching as you need to prepare your body for it and your muscles shouldn't be cold. As an alternative you can stretch right after any workout, if you don't want to do a warm up. Congrats on your progress!
