That was a very good yoga class for my 74 year old body🧘🏻‍♀️! I’ve taken many aerobic style classes from Jane in the past- but never a yoga class. Good to find this one😊!

Takes me back to the 70s and my daddy doing these everyday.. My daddy passed away at 96 in 2018. I miss him dearly.

I have been doing yoga now for 26 years but this one hour exercise was the best experience of my life. At the end of the session I cried tears of release. Thank you for sharing your vast experience with us. Namaste ❤

My story about this video and Carol Carlson's Kundalini Yoga. In the 90's I took yoga classes with Carol Carlson in person in Ely, MN. A small town by the Canadian border in northeastern Minnesota. She changed my life and was an impetus in my spiritual journey along with A Course in Miracles. The joy her classes brought not just to me but to a fledgling awakening community was nothing short of amazing! I could not believe she was here to work with us! After what seemed like way too short a time, she moved. It was so hard to feel we had lost a treasure, yet I was so grateful I had been able to experience her classes in person. I bought her VHS video and practiced for years via video player. Then I got into my career and did yoga through different modalities and often went back to her videos. Through the years I often wondered where she was now. Her classes made an imprint on my soul. I practice with Travis Eliot on Inner Dimension TV online now. A few nights ago, I was doing my nightly wind down practice and I thought, I sure wish I had a VHS player so I could do Carol Carlson's yoga again. I literally heard, "Check KZbin." I checked it out after my practice and lo and behold look what I found! It is the video! OMG! I am beyond excited to be able to to do yoga with Carol again! I am a swimmer and water aerobics instructor. I had to look you up to see if you had been a swimmer. Definitely have swimmer shoulders. I do several of your older videos. Agree that the music does not seem appropriate for yoga. Seems it would be easy to replace it with more suitable music. Also, people might think this is what is used in yoga classes, which it is not.

Really great workout, I even shared it with a family member last week but today the commercials ruined it for me. 10 times louder than the video right in the middle of the meditation is cruel.

I'm so thrilled to find this. I have loved this dvd so much. After some chronic health stuff I'm trying to get back to a daily yoga practice. I have it on dvd, but we stream everything. (We have a server as well online sources) and I have to use my son's xbox to play dvds. (Not where I want to do yoga. Wow, I feel like crying I'm so happy to find this online.

Wonderful! Hatha Yoga has reduced my pain levels many many times.

So glad to have found this video again, I did it daily in the 90’s with great results.

I did this vhs workout years ago and it introduced me to yoga. I went from an inflexible 19 year old to super flexible young adult when i did this consistently. I never thought I'd find it again, but my awesome husband found it here. ❤

OHEMGEE! I was in elementary school when Lilias (I thought it was “Lillian’s Yoga all these years) Yoga was on our local PBS station. I used to follow along to it and loved it so much…until our place of worship said it was “bad”. I could not understand how something so lovely and helpful could be considered negative. When I left home, I explored it more and never looked back. 🧘🏽‍♀️🫶🏽🙇🏽‍♀️ I was reading Sadhguru’s book Inner Engineering today and had the memory of Lillian’s (Lilias) Yoga and was like “it’s gotta be on KZbin…and here I am. This makes my whole day! 🥰
