Very thorough explanation of a very severe Hurricane Beryl and the possible paths. Frightening storm. Well presented.

This is an excellent presentation and you spoke with authority, confidence, knowledge and clearly presented the activity and direction of Hurricane Beryl. The photo of the eye of Beryl added to the seriousness of the hurricane. Glad that the Pacific is quiet but on the home front the I-95 corridor and the Northeastern states might be wet and windy this week. You are amazing - I appreciate your love of meteorology.

Sorry, I made a mistake in the video! Hurricane Nigel is a Cat 1, and may intensify into a Cat 2/3 before undergoing post-tropical transition on its way to Northern Europe.

Thanks for the excellent update. It seems that there continues to be tropical storm activity but they seem to be weaking or less immediately threatening. So glad Tropical Storm Idalia lost momentum once it made landfall and moved inland. Let's hope ocean waters cool off and weaken future storm systems. Your report of the Pacific region was very illuminating and so well presented. You have tremendously expanded my interest in weather patterns, how they form and their potential impact. Grandpa EB

I learned a lot from this video - very well explained. One comment about the presentation: contrast is important when reading text. One segment of the presentation had black text over a dark purple background which made it difficult to read. Two solutions: 1) use light backgrounds with black text 2) use dark backgrounds with white text. Thanks...
