October 10th Part 2: Still Watching the Tropics... Julia Could Reform, Watching the Western Pacific

Since there will be less storm activity with cooling of the ocean waters in the Northeastern parts of the Atlantic, perhaps we will have fewer hurricanes at this point. That would be good if cooling ocean waters correlate with reduction of storms. Also, it is fascinating that Julia may reform in the Western Pacific. Thanks for the analyses. Clear, precise and so informative.
