That was great Tracie, and deeply appreciated. I smiled when you mentioned your arthritic neck and shoulder trouble. I have an arthritic neck and years ago, I both shoulders were dislocated at different times.!! So again, thank you dear.

Hi Tracie, I’m 70 and after a few years of inactivity due to surgeries, I need to move, but had to begin gently. I’m so glad I found your videos❣️ I started practicing with you and feel so much better. I look forward to practicing with you every day now. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I like the practise, but in these short 20 minutes, there were 7 (!) commercials! And as the sound of your video is soft, these commercials come in very loud! Very annoying. Hope you can do something about it. 🙏💕
