Welcome to Part 2 of my Chair Yoga series!
This 20 min session is focused on strengthening your core!
In this session, I will guide you through a series of gentle yet effective chair yoga poses designed to target and engage your core muscles while seated comfortably in a chair.
Whether you're new to chair yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this session is suitable for all levels. By practicing chair yoga regularly, you can build a stronger core, improve posture, and enhance overall stability and balance.
Please join me as I flow through a sequence of movements that will challenge and strengthen your abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back, all from the support of your chair.
Remember to breathe deeply, listen to your body, and honor your limitations as you explore each pose.
So, find a comfortable chair (preferably with no arms), and let's embark on this journey to a stronger, more resilient core together. Get ready to feel the empowerment and vitality that comes from nurturing your body from within.
