1) wake up at the same time and sleep on the same time drink water meditate visualization affirmation protein rich breakfast train 2) recovery stretch cold shower stretch massage foam rolling sleep have more protein 3) pre game routine For me it's pranayama for energy meditation visualization fast feet workout, fascia training splash cold water on your face stretch smile pre match meal and hydration (cold water) Test and see what makes you better Thank me later by liking 👇

1) flow is when you are fully focused and not distracted by anything 2) enjoy playing this alone will help you achieve 55+% flow 3) binaural beats listen to 40hx for 30 minutes before match and see your focus 4) pre game routine (mine is pranayama visualization warm up meditation fascia training fast feet work out 5) meditation 6) find the middle one example 10 gaols is too much 4-5 goal is too less challenging so to keep flow set a middle goal like 6 or 7 this will keep you in flow

1) understand yourself ask yourself ho 2) mindset dicipline self esteem confidence mental toughness train em all 3) master basic fundamentals passing shooting etc 4) fitness speed stamina explosiveness 5) football iq 6) tactics make the right decisions 7) set goals(but no training goals train unrestricted and barefoot but that doesn't mean you train for 10 minutes 45 min to 2 hours is compulsory) 8) small stepsgives big results in long term 9) individual training like barefoot juggling with weak foot etc 10) be crazy and hungry to improve your self 11) show up every day only 1 rest day a week

1) master the basics first then go to complex 2) know how to say no example you need 8 hours of sleep but you don't know how to say no so yu won't make it pro like this 3) giving up never give up one day the bottle will flip keep trying 4) not taking responsibility you failed to score it's your mistake analyse and improve don't blame others 5) every failure teaches something that will. Help you next time no need to be sad if you fail ask yourself what you learnt and how to be better 6) see the big pitchure see where will you be in a year if you do ____ like junk food when you have a craving see yourself unhealthy and bad footballer because of that food and you won't eat it
