"Sexualized Racism" to me, sounds like we are brow beating someone who is not attracted to (to use the same example as the speaker), "black men or asian men." Sexual attraction and preference does not make you a racist. People are attracted to whom they are attracted to. That is like saying a homosexual male who is not attracted to women is a sexist. Here's the problem I am having with this webinar. I am doing my best as an "old soul in a new world" to stay as open minded as possible bc i want to work with people. I care about the mental health needs of others and i am very interested in working in this field. I currently work with young adults of all races, creeds, sexes, and orientations as a residential counselor. What i am finding is that It seems like we are trying to rationalize a lot of these issues within the framework of an incessant victimhood mentality, instead of teaching people that you dont have to feel like a victim or feel traumatized just because someone said something offensive or even abusive to you. I suppose im having a hard time with the idea that it is everyone's responsibility to create a safe space for others where everyone feels accepted, valued, and loved. Traditionally speaking it is not everyone's responsibility to create that space for you. That flies in the face of everything we know about natural social interactions between people. It is unprecedented. We have always lived in a world where it is our individual job to figure out where and with whom we fit in. So are we in the business of changing society to defy our natural social tendencies as human beings? Or are we as counselors and therapists in the business of helping individuals find there own sense of peace and contentment within the tumultuous seas of this world? Are we trying to be a map and compass for the captain of the ship? Or are we trying to change the pattern of the sea and the ship itself?

what clearing house should I use to verify benefits instead of having to call and ask every time?

During my research through history, I see that women have been socially, emotionally & religiously conditioned to reduce their sexual desires & motivations. Throughout history, I see laws & social moras being introduced that diminish women's self-confidence & self-esteem to force them into a secondary role in sex & life. Like, it is shameful for women to go fishing, they must wait for someone else to go do the fishing for them. This social reengineering has been going on for hundreds of years to tame women and reduce their considerable influence among their own men. Women's direct sexual influence on their own man was greater than the influence of local government in the ancient past. Women's ability to overwhelmingly please their men was a rival for control over nations. Where women saw threats of loosing their own source of support (i.e. their man's life) through war or some similar threats, was opposing the will of the government. You can see this recognition in certain American Indian tribes that only allowed women to vote on the issue of going to war, because women had the greater influence. So women were shamed, blamed & socially reduced to a position of little power on their men's decisions. In short there is nothing which is currently considered to be natural among women's oppinions, which has not been reconstructed by social reengineering. In past times sex was a woman's strenght, now sex it is an embarssment to most women, because of social reengineering

Can you add DOBs next to clients name when searching, and a way to schedule appointments with staff and not just clinicians. Task Management is a huge one. You can’t add a task and assign it to staff, we have to use a complete different system for tasks. And for geriatric couple clients who have caregivers like a child of theirs and need forms filled out for them. You can only use an email once.
