For StrayKids, I'd recommend letting him listen to CHILL, Red Lights (maybe iffy, but its a banger), Charmer, There, Collision, DLC, and Leave. They are not as intense or 'different' as some of the ones he's listened to, they have easy to follow rhythms and melodies and show some diversity in their sound. For Seventeen I'd recommend Fallin' Flower (how can you NOT like this song?!), Ima - Even if the world ends tomorrow, god of music, Darl+ing, Kidult, Our Dawn is Hotter Than Day, Flower (maybe iffy, but I love it lol) and Adore U is still one of my favorite songs by them even if its their debut song (its so catchy!) He may or may not like them, who knows, but based off the type of songs he's liked so far, this is what I would go with next. At the end of the day, if he doesn't like them all that much then no harm no foul. Kpop and music is diverse for a reason, you like some songs or artists more than others and that's okay. Love your videos with him though, they are still fun to watch ☺

(non Seventeen related for a minute but have you ever seen Irene & Seulgi's Naughty? And there is a Choreo video but the MV is basically a performance video) Seventeen really has so many dance practices and for me, what's my favorite? Probably almost whichever one I just watched. I think you're trying to go for too many of the harder and really rap heavy songs from skz. He seemed to particularly enjoy the melodical and vocal parts much more than the rap and harder hitting stuff with big drops. He also was enjoying the dancing quite a bit. Something like Spread My Wings might be a good fit though it's still a bit agressive but has more of a gradual rise than a sudden drop. It's actually one of their first songs initially written before they debuted. Neverending Story has a live performance vid of them standing and singing. The vocals are stunning and the melody is beautiful. Cover Me is a beautiful heart breaking song, also has a live performance available, from their most recent album, Rock Star. DLC (Dance Like Crazy) has some fun visuals and is also a recent release but from 5-Star. Scars is a Japanese release with some stunning dancing. Mixtape: OH is technically part of a kind of mini mv series but can be watched and appreciated on its own. The mini series starts with Mixtape: On Track, then the UNVEIL vid or fan made mv(uses scenes from the unveil vid and the making of vid) for B Me, Mixtape: OH is third and The View is fourth. The shortfilm Skzflix is tied into it as well as a kind of 5th part if you're interested along with the UNVEIL vid for Leave after that. 24 to 25 is a really fun and sweet song to STAY along with a cute music video (yes its a christmas song and yes I listen to it year round, side note, you would probably like Christmas EveL more though he might like the transitions). There are SO MANY more that would fit both of your tastes from what I heard here but I'll leave this for now. I may have gone a bit overboard 😅
