Thats why you should choose a compatible partner. These issues should be discussed way before signing the contract. If she/he is unable to or doesnt want to serve your needs (unless there is a serious valid reason such as health or emergency) then thats a big mismatch. If there is understanding and love between the two then things can be sorted out by other means like talking or seeking help. But refusing intimacy on several occasions, purely Just coz he/she doesnt feel like doing it and doesnt even try to make even an ounce of an effort (despite having the ability) is just selfishness. A strong relationship requires effoert from both ends. There are other ways/methods and hacks to fulfill your other half which is what im not gonna mention here. You already know or can find out yourself. If he/she wants to refuse intimacy then they should open up why they feel like this and both should help eachother to resolve such issues. If the issue still happens although you both have a good spiritual bond and you as a man tried your best to convince or help her to cooperate with such needs that you have, then the other thing you can do is have a 2nd wife that can match your needs and your 1st wife must cooperate with you and not hate on you for this. But if nothing works out and the bond between you 2 is spiritually weak, then separation is the way out and find a compatible partner. But this should come in the end after all things mentioned above. May Allah help everyone struggling with this.
