I stopped attending my local majid because according to them my 7 year old son should not be in the women's section. They expected me to send him to the men's section. Told them over my dead body am i sending my son on the men's side unsupervised. I made a point to tell them never to even attempt giving my boys da'wah when they turn 18 and you really want more youth in the masjid because it is YOU that are being unreasonable amd closing the doors of the masjid on us by not allowing a mother to keep her own children with her

Sister! Your husband will be sinful to force you on this even if you have no valid reasons and the angels are cursing you! Then it's between you and Allah! If you respectfully make your husband understand that you wish but you are exhausted and he gets it ,, although he had the desire of intimacy but out of love or kindness he skips his desire and respects your choice and does not get angry then it is completely fine.
