I noticed you install the humidifer at top? How is it working? since humidity falls, that's not a bad idea

@@jervyd.strong2248 in this humidor it works better being at the top. I got a new humidor that was all stainless steel and had a thick glass door on it, and in that humidor, the humidifier worked better being on the bottom. I think maybe because the inside walls were all plastic the humidity could climb better, but I'm really not sure why it seemed to work better being on the bottom in a different style of humidor. My suggestion would be just to try it on the top and bottom and see which works better

I suspect on the Pepper one because you have not heated it up it hasn't mixed right and that is why you are getting too much pepper taste.

Does it come pre seasoned or do I need to season it ? I just bought one. I can’t seem to find any information on the season.

@@jasonallencoker8820 it does not come pre-seasoned, and you don't want to season it. Everybody always over humidifies is there a humidor when trying to season it. I now tell everybody to just put your cigars in whatever humidor you have, and don't put any humidification in it. Wait 2 weeks and see where the humidity level is at. If it's too low, add a Boveda pack or two and wait another 2 weeks. If you get the humidity level too high, it's an absolute nightmare to get it lowered. But if you start low, you can gradually build it up to where you want it. I of seasoned dozens of humidors, and I have helped out dozens and dozens of people that have had problems with theirs so I've learned a lot over the years.

@@jasonallencoker8820 I don't recommend People season their humidors anymore. Everybody always screws it up and gets the moisture level too high and then they battle trying to get it lower. With any humidor, put your cigars in it and wait two to three weeks. See where the humidor is at at that point, and then slowly add humidity

Never would have seen that and thought "travel" humidor, but it seems to be a cool starter humidor for someone who needs easy movement compared to a more common design. Interesting product either way.

@@kamrenjones1641 put your cigars in it, and close the door. Do not add any humidification for at least 2 weeks. Then after a couple weeks see what the humidity level is at and then add a Boveda pack. Then wait another 2 weeks and see where your humidity is at. People over humidify their humidors all the time, and once a humidor is over humidifying, it's really hard to bring the humidity level down. It's easier to start with it being low and then slowly work your way up
