How many times per week should I get this training? I stretch my back band like 4 times per week for 20 minutes per workout. Should I use this workout everyday? It doesn’t sound hard if it’s just 15 minutes, but I don’t want to overload my body with too many stretching…

IOMG!!! This was beyond my level, couldn't even take my hand off the floor, but what I did do was continue to push through the floor as hard as I could knowing that it's consistency that will help with progression! That was tough but I loved the challenge!

It is so unfair this channel didn't get more traction. This is THE best fitness content I have ever come across. The workouts are actually FUN and not monotonous at all, there is a lot of mobility involved... Every exercise is amazing! Every video is very tasteful and stylish too... Ahhh, I am so in love with every video on this channel!

I did this handstand for the first time and after doing the handstand hold on the floor I went straight in and was able to do a handstand hold without a wall every time. First time in decades! I'm over 40 years old!!! Please create more videos. Your content is so perfect and I can't understand why your subscribers are not in the millions yet! Love this. The move with the straddled legs and parallel arms- side squat is so tricky. I really struggled on that one and can't wait to get better at it. Had to use my hand to lift off. Thank you for your workout.

It's really amazing .unfortunately i lack hamstrings flexibility but I'll my best to learn handstand. Due to my busy schedule I'll stick with a day per week with some hamstrings stretches😊
