Wow! I LOVE this! Such flow and balance. After years of doing yoga, isometrics and isotonic exercises separately...this is wonderful!! I feel that you combine it all. truly hope more people get to appreciate your work. A feel so much more confidence in my core strength...and balance...doing this routine. I am 53...and some of the steps I take a little slower or easier (not so much bounce) and it is perfectly manageable, feels supportive and fun!
