Thank you 🙏🏾 All you have to do is select the pad that you have the sound loaded on and next to the pad name on the left is the volume and pan knob. You can also turn down individual sounds or groups in the mixer view.

Does it not take a million years to download a full pack?!! I've Damage Drums and Damage Guitars so far as well as Playbox. I presume you keep an entire bundle on a separate hard drive and when using them play them from that?

6 months since my comment : not a peep from NI : I think they are abandoning Maschine they just fell for far behind .................. The worst part is they do not talk to users

Yeah, they gotta do something soon! There will definitely be an update soon this year. I’m pretty sure, they kinda have to at this point or a lot of people will be jumping ship and get upset.

@@creativedwill FL just dropped 2024 : and it's killer, I'm dumping maschine for good now Got a generous Holliday discount from Image Line : This might even explain NI's not attempting to update anymore, 4 significant FL updates vs NI zero 🤔 I believe this would require Maschine software to be completely rewritten and redesigned ..... Hey man thanks a lot for the content. I have an issue maybe you have the same..cant find a solution. So lets you have just straight kick pattern(4 kicks). sometimes first one is not playing...like its randomly skipping first kick when pattern retriggers..Do you know what it can be?

Thank you for the great video, just what I needed right now, after discovering the bottlenecks after plugging in my Maschine+ in to Maschine 2.0 for the first time, lol - have generally used it standalone before, and still working out the desktop app. So here to say thanks, and to answer your question at 8m20ish - ‘Raum’ is German for ‘Room’ and is pronounced ‘Rowm’ with the ‘ow’ pronounced like in ‘owl’ - hope that helps! I would like a Maschine software that finally has real DAW features. Or at least an additional NI MASCHINE 16 or 23 channel mixer controller. Maybe via USB-C as a hub where I can connect NIM and other NI controllers. That way I would only have one USB C/TB4 connection and all NI controllers on one port.

cubase absolutely DOES NOT work on my PC. i have a brand new 2024 PC build specs top notch. No matter what i do I can not HEAR anything using this DAW. no matter what tutorial i watch. I have tried my Maschine Mk2 audio interface, my rc 505 interface, I have used the Fl Studio ASIO. nothing works. Every other daw is so straight forward. The hardest part should be actually making music lol

Try setting up your audio interface settings in the Control room tab in the audio settings if you haven’t already done so

@@creativedwill i greatly appreciate your response. I managed to get it to work but i have having inconsistencies. Like I can hear vst plugins only when i select the track but any recorded audio placed on the timeline i cant hear it same with vocals. So do you have to manually route every single sound you put individually to the mixer? I have never deal with such a difficult daw. But i paid for it so... gotta figure it out lol any starter videos you recommend? I feel like i have never opened a daw with cubase. i can already tell the vocal flow in Cubase is going to be smooth, I can make beats in maschine smoothly but the workflow gets a little spastic the more you add, especially vocals.

I have both the MPC and the machine I like them both this stem separation is cool. It’s not bad but I know you can do this in other apps as well. Are you separation with serato. The one thing that native instruments have that ones up against Akai with the MPC is that they have way more than the MPC I’ll give them credit for that.

Yeah, I use Serato sample and specralayers 11 like 90% of the time. Native does have so many cool instruments and in my opinion that’s the only way they are in the game still

Bruh that's Hella walk around you gotta do. In the MPC you can live warp and easily time stretch slices. You can actually time stretch your loop with it disappearing when you go to slice.

Once again.. great video.. i stayed with you all the way through and understood (which amazes me). But i have one question. After you set up routing with different Perform FX on different Groups.. and use Perform FX in one isolated Group.. Automation on to record what you did.. & then go to another group to add a different Perform FX.. will it be allowed, or will there be chaos.. & if so.. is the only way to handle that .. by dragging the groups sounds to a sound slot and then doing a different Perform FX to it again?? i hope you understand my question Lol
