Does this work with the milk jelly blush? I just got them since they looked like fun to put on but my cheeks come out so uneven and horrible.

Also i feel like blush makes a big difference and balances out makeup looks and acts as a coverage in itself even if its red or pink toned and highlights your cheek area and gives definition without contouring

Yes definitely worth buying rare beauty,because unlike rom nd for me my lips aren't left dry and the stain doesn't migrate to the centre but is all over.But the color range isn't as good as rom nd,get both for sure :)
