Propensity for hand eye coordination can be traced to the appearance of the haplorhine brain in primates 50mya

Lions’ main driver would be to catch prey. Bigger teeth sharper stronger claws and jaws, faster powerful running. As they were perfectly suited for their environment only these features became more refined. They did not derive bigger brains as this was not a driver. Early hominins were completely ill-suited for their (savannah) environment and had to rely on inventing their way to survive.

I would say the main driver of hominin evolution is fashioning tools to find meat. That would be abstract thought, hand/eye coordination “bi-handilism”. These main drivers were supported by suites of secondary adaptations eg bi-pedalism, neotony, language, social adaptations, all other features that would support big abstract brain

This isnt that complicated. Humans are different from one another. Race is real get over it. I hate seeing smart people lie and dishonestly misrepresent the facts. I get the idea of equality is nice but doesnt hold water. People are different and that ok.

Although there are a lot of questions about lines of descent, the overall picture is very clear. We definitely have Australopithecines in our ancestry, along with Homo erectus. I would love to go back in time to see these creatures.

Neanderthals achieved all these cultural markers before humans in Africa. I understand the motivation to correct eurocentric thinking, but this goes too far. Maybe sapiens encountering Neanderthals sped cultural development in Europe.

The Cro Magnon type of early modern sapiens seem to have existed only in Eurasia during the latter stage of Pleistocene. It did not go to Australia 65 ky ago. So maybe there is different genetic introgression in Cro Magnon.

bipedalism is the option for most birds, better breath control, talking, singing and better navigation and social information when travelling in groups. I have for many years hunted with greyhound and whippet type dogs, and the teamwork is often based on dogs checking humans for direction, basically which way did it go? Very similar with sheep herding techniques.

bit racist towards white people,, not our fault the earliest culture with symbolism was in Europe, had to start some wear plus the neanderthal would have had d a symbolic culture with there ornamentations in Europe hundreds of thousands of years back... there is just something about European homos and style !!!!

This is very unconfincing - there are strong indications that we come from a line of tree dwellers who swung from their shoulders as do gibbons whose feet were not adapted to grasp tree branches - it is very unlikely that our inline big toe was ever used for grasping branches

No! We may carry Neanderthal gene expression. This is the correct view. Their DNA sequence was compared to us and theirs was found to be 99.84% identical. So it is impossible for some of us have 1% to 4% of their DNA when there is only 00.16% to play with. So they WERE HUMAN with mere gene expression modifications for their environment. Gene expression happens in all of life's EPIGENOME. Its actions are called EPIGENETICS. It's a 2nd biological code that runs overtop the DNA like a software program. This fits an intelligent design signature, not the evolution one. Evolution is not happening. Evolutionists have used the epigenome's ability to make adaptations and call them 'microevolution'. However, no assumed evolving of DNA mutations happens with them. It's been a false precept. In fact, the evolution-iconic Darwin Finch's beak adaptations were materially found to be epigenome-derived...not evolution-derived. With 'microevolution' being absent, then all of the macroevolution mind-constructs are not possible. Evolution is NOT happening. It's all smoke and mirrors. We are from an intelligent design by Jesus Christ. His sacrifice on the cross was payment for OUR sins as we are imputed with 100% purity in exchange for our faith in it along with belief in his resurrection gives a FREE GIFT of eternal life. Do it today! Evolution is not an answer to our existence. God is, however.

That part of the first 5 minutes is very interesting, specially your personal comment is hopeful for a future that develops the ultimate potencial of every citizen. That happens because those first studies were made by white europeans in an age were racism and segregation (eugenics) based on lies result of the oppression outcome of past wars in the clash of past civilizations (specially the civilization that lost the war). If you change the language, the region, and goes far from "The West World" education you will find in pictures and books, the so called "white men" civilization is just a matter of few centuries in a planet civilization where what white man calls color people always were dominant and still is the majority of the population of the planet (always be). The same with the conception of the size of the national economy (GDP), the media and a lot of "The West World" put USA as the leader but in a realistic contrast it is a matter of a bit more than a century, meanwhile China's economy size has always been the leader for a millenium or more in this record of civilization.

it all reads as millions of years of very messy littering from the trees, and many failed attempts at bipedal evolution. the "robust australopiths" were clearly Not Australopithene, i am sorry, but they did not evolve forward and backward at the same time. something went wrong back then, and they didn't go extinct either.....Linear human evolution was a Postulate, as with all science in it's infancy, which was Assumed into "theory." it was the hybridization which transmitted the Species Invasive DNA.....and they are NEVER going to be able to "Un-Learn" That. once an educated person understands what i just said, you will not be able to ignore it; because everything you know will just reinforce it .... and i am sure we are all voluminously sick of being endlessly persecuted for having evolved in colder climates for our seemingly shameful preference of preserving social access to food and water .... and i hope our women of science understand that they wouldn't exist either, if our forbears thingies had frozen off. everything is a mess, and we have to go over all the data again, and yank the science out of the fictitious, and into the reality where data interpretation was left to colleges with african heroin addictions; and where, by the shear terror of the withdraws, they designed the source of their junk into the center of the evolutionary universe, QUITE unfortunately.

In 2022 the data for this 2019 video was updated by documenting the traditionally overlooked contribution of the gibbon lineage (Sahelanthropus, Hylobates, Ardipithecus, Oreopithecus, Homo floresiensis, Homo erectus (SE Asia) to the ancestry of Homo sapiens. Gibbons run bipedally, fight with their fists (not their teeth), have no ovulation swelling, sing, mate monogamously, have a gracile build and lack a 'dished' face. Genomics breaks down in deep time studies, nesting bats with horses and cats, so don't bring that up. In trait analysis Australopithecus was bipedal by convergence, nesting between Pongo and Pan + Gorilla. Details and links online by googling "Homo longi, aka ‘dragon man’, compared to Hylobates, the gibbon".

This presentation is so informative!!! Evolution is not a linear process!! Lots of experiments going on as well as a certain amount of sexual ‘experimentation’. Perhaps there weren’t a lot of their own species. Would we have evolved as well if we had not had inter species breeding g?? Thanks for this presentation. ❤❤
