My baby isn’t wolf at all but I love sharing his story every chance I get. I was in an abusive relationship and I didn’t realize it at the time. I had finally talked my bf at the time into letting me get a cat. I went to a pet adoption event through a local shelter and was looking at cats when my friend who went with me pointed at the ground and said “someone wants your attention!” So I looked down and there was a black ball on the floor with the sweetest brown eyes and the longest tail and he would only wag his tail when I acknowledged him. He shied away whenever anyone else got close to him. So I went for a cat and came home with a 40lb, 4month old lab pit. He loved me and tolerated my ex but he didn’t completely trust him. The people who were fostering him kept him locked in their kitchen to keep him away from their other dogs. For the first 2 years I had him, if we turned the faucet on in the kitchen he would pee, go to his kennel, and would only come out after the water was off and I was the only one who could get him to come out. Any time my ex would take off a belt, it was the same situation. He’s 11 now, he sleeps on the back of the couch like a cat. He loves my husband and my in laws. He still hates water but he doesn’t hide whenever I do dishes. He’s saved my life just as much as I saved his.

I did the “who am I” thing too!!!!! How could we both do that? Mine was the same it was usually at night before falling asleep I’d repeat the same over and over. Who am I who am I….. it would take me to an unreal place in and out of my mind. I’d feel sort of an “out of body “ experience. Sometimes it would get so intense I’d get scared. And pull myself back into reality! I’ve never told anyone about it Alyssa you’re the first person I’ve ever heard talk about it.

Reality someone was horrible & sadly tragically happens far to often but it seems likely the person who did this died & someone else maybe a family member or friend maybe a lawyer or something after the owner died went about clearing the property & finding the dogs homes doesn't mean the woman would turned them in was the one who did it she could have for sure but could have been someone else & when she arrived she surrendered them in the hope they find a good home which is all anyone can ask. Sometimes people die suddenly & have no one or plan in place to properly handle things like this especially animals/pets. That would also explain why she didn't have or know where the keys were.

Whooooooooawoooooooo. Ive done the Iditarod 2x and i can tell you they are working dogs. Hubrid wolf dogs need a pack and territory. Semi raw diet.. But what u have done for them warms my heart, and truly shows that the kinship is still alive❤❤❤❤❤❤😅😅😅

What an awesome name and awesome new addition to your family. I am so happy you did your education and even more that you educated us!!! I think he could have maybe shepherd or husky also with the wolf. Rio will definitely help him come out of his shell and make him see people are safe. Hello! I like the light dimmer, the star machine for the ceiling available on amazon, and the way you have upgraded your home. Do the dogs have their own room? How are they getting along? Will you do vlogmas? Are you gonna have advent if so? Do you celebrate Christmas? How is leather in a state with snow? Strip the door and stain it. That might be basic, but... What made you name the new wolf dog its name? How old is it? Does it bark or has it stopped barking out of control? Happy Thanksgiving!

The room looks awesome. Not sure what you are planning for the floor, but I think a colorful rug would add a lot of interest and playfulness. You could add some complimentary pillows on the couch and maybe pull a colorful rug from the rug for the door. Just have fun with it and make it yours. Lots of great feedback to consider, b

This was a fun one to watch. I am struggling with that black ceiling hahah i am pro wood ceiling. But the room does look sharp. Yes I would switch your light switches from white to blk. Kitchen door...some good suggestions from folks, cinnamon, sage or maybe STRIP IT!!! It could be solid oak under there??? 🤔🤔

Such a stunning boy! I grew up in northern canada where unfortunately wolf dogs are quite common, especially on the rez. I have had the pleasure of knowing many of them and while they do have many challenges they are such amazing animals with so much love and loyalty to give when given the right environment to thrive in. Congratulations on the new addition to the family.
