I love the way you can see the layers on the side of the porch from different time periods. I wondered about taking the cladding off the house because of the insulation properties in winter however that silver insulation looks so this it doesn't look like it was doing much. At first I thought it was rock wool but no ? It seems dry behind it which is a big plus there's no damp set in the cavity 😄

Surprised you didn't set some of those old beams aside. That old wood can look fabulous when it is refinished. not enough to build with but could have been attractive trim somewhere. The local library may be interested in those old newspapers. They also could be used as part of a picture framing project.

Question 2, if you expose all the brick, you're going to want to seal the bricks. That's why you had all that red dust flying around when pulling off the aluminum stuff. They didn't have brick sealer when that house was built (from the date on the newspaper). Also, you might want to lay out the dimensions for your patio and put in the frame for the concrete yourself. That way you can be ready if/when you have a concrete person come out for the pour. Lastly, contact your local government officials to tell them what you're doing, my friend didn't do that, and they made him dismantle everything.

Hi, Girl! Do you miss me?! I miss You! I’m realizing that I am too old for such an energetic person, like yourself, unless you don’t mind having a 60 year old person loving you! I’m exhausted just watching you all! What I would give for a new healthy body! Just had a bilateral hernia operation! That was interesting! It took about a month to get out of discomfort! The pain was not too bad! The anesthesia was fentanyl and I came out of the operation with intense uncontrollable shivering, though I was not cold! Strange! I did notice that my hiatal hernia that caused acid reflux is virtually gone! Apparently, an unsupported gut can cause a distortion of the hiatus! Who knew?! Did you buy a Lemon because the seller did not tell you everything about the house?! You can get your money back, if that is the case! The realtor must disclose everything to the buyer! Brick homes are dangerous in earthquakes and are much colder in the winter! Don’t do any more demolition! If you have the property, build another dwelling on the land, if permitted, and don’t waste anymore valuable time and money! So, what is this post office box, you said you were going to acquire?! Let me know, if you care?! You can’t do much without enough money, so I stumbled on my old coins, as I was inspired to do so from KZbin coin collectors! I might get lucky! They like collecting anomalies and rare coins from the mint printing offices! I need to get my coins graded and sold at the auction centers! Wish me luck! You know, people can think evil thoughts of a person that just disappears, all of a sudden! That is initially what I thought, when I read the Title of this video! I wish my life was different! I’ve been traumatized and punished for things that I did not deserve and my body has suffered for it, due to evil children and teachers! It is up to GOD to make up for my losses and damages, incurred from the devils! I am a Good Samaritan but one needs the health, power and finances to do their good deeds!
