I am healthy 67 yr old with osteoporosis who had numerous surgery a year ago. My external shoulder rotation sucks. How can I get assessment and training?

Your graphics team is cracked to be able to animate such vivid renders of the shoulder movements. Bet they're paid well 😂😂😂 Top quality stuff!

El cuerpo humano es maravilloso, asi como de todo ser. Cómo creer en la estúpida evolución de Darwin. Hay un ser supremo que hizo el diseño perfecto, todo obedece a una creacion de un ser supreo, llamado Dios.

I’ve got a sore/restricted arm shoulder; I watched your video - very informative but still none the wiser! 👍

mine of gold in terms of information. If I had a critique in this video it would be maybe pairing exercises that can improve each range depending on what area of the shoulder joint the person needing to work on. I know you dabbled in exercises which could improve overall health, but maybe more specific exercises when you talk about each assessment. Amazing video and way more knowledge than many coaches I have seen on KZbin

Please guide me to a video to show me how to get all the tiny muscles under deltoid and including the deltoid muscle stronger. Mine are so weak. I've been trying for two years and have not gotten any stronger. Thank you🙂

yo, i could do an inline split and oversplits as a kid but lost all during middle-high school when stopped karate and discovered video games. would i still be able to achieve the inline one? damn, i could shuffle between fronts and side without lifting calves off the ground. :/

This video is by far the highest quality education on shoulder mobility I've found in several years of searching. I am so excited to view the masterclass. Thank you so much for giving all of this out as part of your free public content!

Much appreciated! I hope you found the masterclass equally as valuable - it should give more context to the fundamental principles 👌

This is amazing!!! Please tell us where you learnt all of this! Did you study physical therapy or did you learn this without going to university for it? I am trying to make up my mind about studying physical therapy or not.

Over 20 years of movement experience here I've stumbled onto most of these gems but I haven't had the need to build a great way to explain it in cohesive manner. you've done great work here. Hope to meet in the future.

When going through the assessment I saw no significant imbalance between left and right sides and all were relatively good. However, I have an EXTREME imbalance between left and right when it comes to touching hands together behind the back. With my right arm as the lower arm, I am very immobile. Doing stretches to improve this does not seem to work as I cannot get a stretch at all, it just feels like bone-on-bone blocking my motion and gets extremely painful. Any idea what could be the issue for this?

This is a well produced video with lots of clear animation and demonstration. Yet how do you manage to avoid talking about the rib cage for nearly 30 minutes? You describe the scapula as sliding over the thoracic spine. This is never the case. It slides over the thoracic ribcage which is also the base upon which all these bones and muscles rest and move. How do you manage to never address neck position and function in relation to the arm, which is entirely supplied by nerves from the cervical spine? And finally, what are your methods of modify if these methods for hypermobile people? Simply stretching and loading tissues past increasingly obtuse angles may not address the underlying core issues that may have initially led to the movement limitation. I urge caution without assessing breath control, diaphragm function and rib cage mobility.
