Ohhh, I really liked the dark red. It's like an oxblood leather jacket. Very nice embellishments. Good job, Steve!

Your client must be happy. I am saving this post in one of my DIY ideas playlists. Mine will be darker with fewer cogs. The bottom of the box will be painted with extra sealant. Thank you for the inspiration.

That is gorgeous! The colors are perfect. If I were to make one, I think I'd paint it with an antiqued copper basecolor and then teal green washes to make it look like it's got a patina. Or brass, or silver. You've got me thinking creative! Nicely done.
