Folks, if THIS is how you see fancy food served at a Michelin 3-star restaurant, then I do not recommend going to said fancy restaurant, inside or outside the North America country. Who's to say that the people in other countries doesn't like how the food are prepared in the US? Frying foods in hot fats and oils, sandwich made from two fried chicken breast, straight up cooking TV DINNERS in BUTTERS AND FATS, dousing then in SALT and plating them up as if they're a "Meal fit for a king"! I've seen food in TikTok videos on KZbin that's WORSE than what you guys are seeing in this video! At LEAST the meals at the Epicure restaurant are prepared by PROFESSIONAL CHEFS. SPEAKING OF WHICH, France is one of the countries KNOWN for studying the art of cooking, so calling a dish like the Bresse chicken "Bland" is a major form of disrespect against ALL chefs around the world, not just the French Chefs. So you all can enjoy your mishmash of whatever you think is "Tasty" and PRAY it's nothing like the horrendous meal options from the "House Menu of Horrors" that is the HORRIBLY prepared meals that look like rejected TV dinners! BONE-APPLE-TEA! 😒🤨😤😡

You would have to be a 25 year old healthy male who is athletic and leads a physically vigorous lifestyle to be able to consume all those calories. Or one of those competitive eaters. I would see if I could do a tasting menu half that size. I'll come back the following night and do the other half.

As a person from post-soviet block i understand that there are aspects of russia that can be appreciated, especially food and produce, but saying "i have nothing but praise for russia" is either a lie (because you don't want to be kicked out) or vastly underestimating all the hurt people experience there - from LGBT people, through the people outside of Moscow and saint Petersburg who experience horrible poverty and through totally ignored problem of alcoholism and domestic violence. Not to even mention the lack of political opposition because they keep dying in "mysterious" ways.
