Not random at all, as Marine had revealed in the past, special event streams are scripted for time management (there is a time limit), keep the topic from being deviated and overall makes the stream flow well, professionally without any hiccups. It's quite jarring for me to watch these interview-like parts because of how mechanical it feels.
