You should have tried Ox file' pizza w. bearnaise sauce and the traditional Swedish pizza salad, that isDa Bomb! of all pizza's. Also Tunnbroedsrulle, dubbla grillade med raeksallad. Oh and never forget Norwegian fish soup :) As a Swede living in the US now, these are the things I miss the most. The reason why we have salads with pizza is it tastes so darn good but also you get some greens in you :) If you like drinks, nothing beats a good liquorice vodka. Take a bottle Koskenkorva and a bag Tyrkisk Peber. Crush up the candy and put it in the vodka, leave over night occasionally shaking it to mix the vodka and candy. It's like a snaps and it is the best snaps you'll ever have hehe.

As a Swedish person I don't know why I'm currently in a youtube hole watching people trying Swedish food. But with that said, the fact that you put in the effort to actually make the dishes is amazing, and it's also awesome that you make things that Swedish people actually eat. The whole "Getting disgusted by fermented herring"-thing is so ovedone.

Swedish Stroganoff is quite simple food to make, you need 4 ingredients + salt and pepper, Heavy Cream, Crushed Tomatos/Tomato sauce/paste (dealers choice), Onions and Falukorv/Lantkorv. You fry the sausage and the onions until the onion get some color then you add the tomato sauce until the sausage gets a little color and lastly you add the cream and taste it off with salt and pepper, this is also where you can add other spices and taste enhancers at your own discretion, garlic, oregano, soysauce, ketchup, mustard and mushrooms are but a few things people like to add.
