My 2014 Genesis 3.8 purchased new showed it had 333HP, I'm guessing that is the engine and approximately 250HP +/- at the wheels? Currently I have 218K+ miles on it so this may or may not be a good idea.

Is the ramping happening inside the pedal electronics? Are the throttle controllers able to read the actual pedal position in addition to the ramped value?

I have my MAC solenoid sitting where the stock ones are. I found it moved and was rubbing up on the hot side piping. Is there a chance that the heat from there cooked my solenoid? Because now the boost controller is not controlling boost at all. I’m just getting full boost (which I’m trying to stay below).

I'm having an issue with an engine swap after the previous one had a damaged piston. i have the velaster turbo 2016 dual clutch version, The problem I'm encountering is that the engine isn't performing as expected. While it sounds normal and accelerates smoothly at low speeds, when I try to accelerate harder, it feels like it's not delivering power properly. The RPMs drop, almost as if the computer is limiting it. It's frustrating because when I reach 50 MPH, it doesn't accelerate as it should. Can someone tell me what could be happening?

Had a 991.1 4S, it was weak, powerless, piece of Cr*p. PDK S***d. A manual transmission probably would have made the difference. I currently have a 991.2 GTS...barely decent. I use it as a large paper weight, a beater car for commuting, and getting groceries. NO comparison to Ferrari . My Ferrari gets my Lovin

Im just curious what trim package is on the 2010 2.0 manual. It comes with upgraded audio, sunroof, powered seats, but no brembo brakes or Lsd so im confused on what I have…

These engines are expensive as hell to build internally unless you do it yourself, which most can’t/won’t do.

@@jaysoncrider5431 see, that’s the only area my expertise is lacking. I can do everything else solo, but engine rebuilds are where I have the least experience. I’m gonna buy an old Honda and start there as far as building a block goes.

@@mito8393 yeah no doubt I was doing the 4G63 myself. I got to a point where I could have it out of the car, torn down, cleaned, put together and running in like 8 hours. No power tools all hand wrenches (that sucked.) I've been doing it since I was 16. I'm a mechanic by trade so I get to do what I enjoy but no doubt some cars are the bane of my existence 😂😂

I used 15W40 engine oil in high temperature for my tractor but I faced my low oil pressure from time to time.In starting state,high oil pressure but I'd driven my tractor ,low oil pressure.Should I change 20W50 engine oil for summer at 38 °C?please suggest me

Still on with no issue. Many aero parts are put on with 3M tape, including diffusers and spoilers.

@@BTRcarcustoms I got some of the tape today... I see how it could work; this is some serious "tape," and it's malleable so it forms to the shape of the diffuser I'm installing on my 992. I got the 0.94in width. I think the width of the tape is important.

I have a OTR and tuned. Installed a throttle control and definitely instant response. Definitely noticeable.

hi if you have a 2010-12, you would most likely need a clutch / flywheel upgrade, for 13-14 stock clutch will hold the power

I'm trying to figure out howcome it says 420hp on the 5.0 V8 but it only dynos at 325 to the wheels. I known 420 is a crank hp but still that's a 100 hp loss

Should the nozzle be mounted on the bottom of the charge pipe( shooting up)? I imagine this to be safer so water cannot drip down into the pipe in the event of failure. Also, should the nozzle be at an angle or mounted 90 degrees into the charge pipe?
