Mine is brand new and only put water in it to test before putting chemicals in it. A Round Up 2 gallon sprayer. Nothing works- nothing comes out after pumping like 100 times

I've a kingfisher 5 litre water pressure sprayer that's pumping OK but then air leaking from underneath green cap. New seals, o rings have been added but no difference.

Hi, thank you so much. I followed your steps , I found the little yellow tip on the end of the hose needed a pin to open each section of the grooves at the end. The sprayer hose finally cleared. Hopes this helps someone else . 😊

What type of nozzle do you have on your hose? Is it a separate attachment?

I just used an ear syringe and a flexible straw that fit tightly on the tip end of the syringe. This was slow . However it still only took about 5 minutes to extract the power steering fluid from its tank.

I'm wondering if anyone can help identify what my issue is: I have a Solo sprayer (manual). When I begin using the handheld pump to gain pressure, I can hear the liquid bubbling and within a few minutes the liquid starts overflowing through the top of the sprayer. It doesn't matter if I fill the pressure sprayer half way, 1/4 way or full, the same thing constantly happens. Everything is tight (lid, wand, all connections etc.). Filter is clean. I'm stumped as to why it keeps happening :'(

That was awesome. Thanks! I have to get all that hydraulic fluid out of the tire hub area on my tractor and it's in a tight spot. So I am totally going to take my hose and peanut butter and hook up the compressor to it and let it do all the work.

Use your shop vac for the suction, if you have issues with your container collapsing switch to a glass jug.

I put serving sizes { 8 0z per sandwich bag and put bags on a gallon bag and put in freezer until needed] Serve in Nachos, Taco Shells, over Califlower Rice.... YUM.....

Why not just use a syringe attached to your tubing? That fluid is lethal so you shouldn’t be sucking it out

It will be quicker to pump it out, I used an old liquid soap pump, worked in a few seconds.

thanks! your video showed about cleaning the tube and another video showed about cleaning/repairing the handle. between these 2 videos, i now see that it's not yet a time to just throw away these sprayers before checking out some possible diy easy repairs on them. thank you very much!

I did what you said it work for a few minutes then I tried so the problem is where it connects to the 2-gallon it will not come out looks like it is glue in so what do I do next

is it possible to take the handle apart and clean it? I don't know how the Chinese make some of this stuff. There seems to be mechanical moving parts inside of a sealed plastic casting.
