Hi, Master Yang, please I didn’t understand the last exercise concerning the spleen, you start to talk about meridian position, but just after that you show the movement talking about woman uterus and prostate, so please the exercise in the groin on the sides it’s for spleen or for uterus, sorry but my question may sound stupid but I hope you will answer me quickly, and thank you very much for helping and guiding us, God bless you

Master,,usaually breathing exercises advise to hold on for more time in exhale position than inhale position. But u r telling the opposite of it. Can u pls confirm master? Thank u so much with much respects.🙏
