How big were the holes you drilled? It looks like 3/4 inch pipe. Thanks

I really appreciate the links and the link to the demotions. Looks like a great build and I am going to use most of what you have done for mint. Thanks

Building a router table now and stole your angled legs design. So far it looks great and very sturdy. Just had a question. I was thinking of adding 2 metal dowels with a block of wood attached at the end that can be pulled out from the side to help support longer work pieces. Just wondering if there is a reason I haven't seen anyone do that with a router table build.

i noticed that the build does not include a bottom. what did you do to deal with this??

Staining one side in my opinion is ok since the wood can dry on the sides not covered so great job

Lovely job, but I'd be concerned about the possibility of chemicals from the finish, glue and silicon compound proving toxic to caterpillars and emerging adult butterflies.

I bought this for my friend for his birthday as we just moved into a new house and he finally has room for a workshop. The bench was very easy to set up kzbin.infoUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh They center support is a little difficult to snap in and out of place at first but at least then we know the bench is secure. It was a pleasant surprise when we saw it came with clamps. I apparently missed that in the description. My friend loves the versatility of the bench. Great starter bench for his workshop and easily transportable all over our property. I wish the bench was a little taller but the other features of the bench more than make up for that.

As a person who speaks German, I am going to guess "double gang" is actually the German "doppel gäng" or "double", correct? The same as Doppelgänger? Or is it "Gang", like "Spanky and our Gang"- a group of people, likely joined by some commonality that they all share or wish to share by the joining the gang of other like-minded folks ? Thanks for the help!
