@@marcuse4718 got tired of dealing with belt slip and didn’t want to spend the money for a crank driven set up , the procharger did me well with countless 9.00 passes and killed 2 built 8 speeds , so I moved to th400 life and then decided to just make it a straight track queen (I’ve changed my mind many times during this process lol )

Which cold air intake is best for a N/A scatpack challenger im trying to decide between the JLT intake,AFE intake or the hellcat intake i do live in vegas so it gets very hot in the summer i like the JLT because of the look but im worried it wont perform good because its open box

I got a question when i push the start button to start my scatpack it cranks but doesnt start and it gets stuck on the crank sound eventually it does start but i have to repress the start button what can it be?

I have a question i am trying to buy a factory 2020 full scatpack challenger exhaust for very cheap price but i have a 2016 challenger scatpack do u think it will fit the reason why i want to buy it is because i will remove the mid and resonators but i want to have a stock one just incase i ever want it to sound stock again?

@@alexander_3923 15-22 I believe are the same exhaust , aftermarket if it’s true 3” like awe is gain over stock. Factory is straight through mufflers , the resonators are why it’s quiet.

@@alexander_3923 you’ll need to replace the pan as it’s the filter , fill plug is on the side of the transmission. Same for checking the level have to have it at operating temperature and plug the side plug if fluid is there it’s full

Stainless works 1 7/8 , aad drag control arms , Hhp drag springs , no front sway bar , and the stock dampers with the Diablo sport suspension controller

Yeah it’s now a f1a94 , no more 8speed either has a build th400 , soon to be back to racing for this season.

I’m in CA so for a DD the F series is illegal I think I’m capped at p1x but may do the setup in this video as far as forging n upping the boost. Do you have a exact part number for the pro charger? And where did you order/buy it from? Also did you instal the pro charger before or after the bottom end build? If before how did it handle the boost?

The kit I bought through modern muscle extreme , it’s was the P1x headunit , race intercooler and race bov , on stock engine it was 7psi of boost made 620 whp handle the boost just fine , I wanted more and forged the bottom a year later , maxed the P1x out at 14psi made 933 whp on e85 , on pump it was 855 , fast forward to this video it’s with a f1a94 headunit only 19psi and water cooled made 1100+ , out powered a few built a8 transmissions. This season will be back with a th400 and full 10pt roll cage.

Yes that be a custom tune done based off what mods you e done to the car , as spinning mostly comes from traction issues , tire type , tire pressure and suspension etc

@@alexander_3923 aad lower trailing arms for the rear at a min , diff brace , depending on what wheels your running will depend the tire size , the toyo r888s do well for cars 600 and under whp , above that your looking more towards Mickey ETr or the hooiser dbr on 17 inch drag wheels.

Still running other than the built hp90 transmission it left the chat early June put me out for the season as we’re moving to a th400 and adding safety equipment to the car. Should be back out in March

What would be a good way to diagnose if my transmission on my 2016 challenger scatpack is going bad because last time I accelerated and i was going about 60mph and it didnt shift out of no where i scanned it and no codes came out and also could i do a transmission flush or is it bad?

Well which type of scanner was used , as you have to check each module for codes as the shifter and throw codes as well. As for flushing it I wouldn’t recommend, just changing the fluid and filter ( the pan is the filter ) zf approved fluid so either from zf or mopar at near 45-60 a quart, will be 8/9 quarts, you fill it from the side plug on the trans all the way till fluid runs back out (kinda like doing the rear gear lube) then you let it get to operating temp cycle through the gears , then recheck. Now note if the fluid looks colorful clutches could be toast.

@@alexander_3923 the scanners that can see everything range from 500+ , there is a bypass that they plug into , Challengers it’s down behind the touchscreen and chargers behind the knee kick plate. This is for the 15+ cars and trucks older years you don’t need the bypass. Autel 808and you’ll need the dodge bypass cable , the scanner on Amazon starts around 475 without that bypass , I use the 906 from autel

19psi and currently went 9.0s 153mph before hurting the 8speed transmission, coming back with a rossler th400 next season and upping the boost

How much power before you needed upgraded transmission? Mmx is doing my build I just got cammed with longtubes and Dyno tune making 500 wheel. I wanna go stroker and supercharger in the upcoming months but I’m not sure how much power before I need to upgrade to the hp90 I’m not out here racing everyday. I use it as a daily.

The hp70 can handle 700ish as stock , a stock 90 can handle 900 , a built hp70 800-900 , built 90 I made mine tap out around 1200whp. As for begin a daily I wouldn’t stroke it out , stay stock cubes just forge it and wouldn’t recommend much boost. More hp you make the more unreliable it comes and more maintenance and fuel costs.

Good luck cause once my th400 is in the car I’m pushing forward to 8.50s single power adder. My 9.00 passes only on 19.5 psi of boost. And just know my heads aren’t ported yet either , I have a lot more on the table than others 😇

Combination of things , believe the clutches slipped , possibly killed the demon converter, the 2/3 shift slipped so hard it yanked the front tires off the track about 8” at 60mph

@@brandonUwanawich954 stock hp70 or 90 , both it’s more torque, a stock 70 is only really good for 500-600 foot pounds of torque, the 90 about 700-800 (basically a bolt on Hellcat ) Now a stock 90 in a 392 scatpack will be fine until you hit 900whp and then you’ll want to upgrade the clutches , billet e drum and a min of a demon converter, and it really comes down to the trans tuning , and how often you drag race. I think for my set up just shy of 1200 whp and pretty much a 1/4 car I’ve stepped past even a built 90. Which why I’m eventually moving to a th400

Currently just over 1100 to the wheel , car weight 4315 , trying to stay in the heavy weight class so gotta stay 4300 .. unless they do a rule change

@@brandonUwanawich954 you’ll be fine on 7/8psi it’s really in the tuning , do recommend changing the oil more often than stock. Hp wise different dynos spilt different numbers but the avg is 620-630 on 7/8 psi on pump gas , if you have pump e85 around you fully go that way. As for fastest 392 there is a list , I’m number 2 the number one car is a stroker 426 did 8.60s (not sure how it’s on the list tbh )

@@lastbreast stock crank , stock bore , drop in rods and pistons , blower cam , stock heads other than springs , on 19.5 psi the car is 1150+ whp single power adder cars weight still 4300+ due to the heavy weight class rules. Fbo cat isn’t low 9s , a stock cat high 10s low 11s at full stock weight , if you can pick up a cat cheap your still gonna dump 4-10k in it . Comes down to mechanical level , if you can do all the work you can make a 392 the faster car for less money.

I pushed the P1x to the 9.90 mark and then moved to the f1a94 and currently sitting at 9.00 and the car is still 4300 pounds unlike the mustangs weighing under 4K 🥹

They come stock compression but if you do the 5 layer head gaskets your are no longer stock compression
