Hello, I noticed that you’ve previously created a video about irrigation controllers, and I wanted to reach out. Our company develops and sells smart irrigation controllers, and we’d love to invite you to review our product. Are you interested? This could be a great opportunity to create fresh content for your channel!

The biggest takeaway is that start time has to be set for the first zone, for example A1, while duration has to be set for each zone independently. Quite ducking stupid of Hunter.

Your explanation of how to program the Hunter controller was absolutely outstanding! You broke everything down into clear, concise steps that were so easy to follow. I especially appreciated how you focused only on what was needed without adding unnecessary details, making the process quick and straightforward. This is by far the best tutorial I’ve seen-thank you for taking the time to make it so user-friendly!

what is the white plastic part with an O ring and the tread called? He just said O-Ring, but it is way more than an O Ring... Mine is broken and I just figured it out today why my water pump keeps on pumping despite the solenoid working properly, to the point where the holding tank overflows and I have to unplug it... Annoying in the middle of the night... But the plastic part I am looking for is broken, ripped apart, da plastic and inside a pressurised environment... Time bomb...

You need an air compressor to do it right, that only drains some of the water out😊

Thank you 🙏 for making this video. It is the clearest explanation on the Hunter X2 out there. I have watched a few vids but your one was the best by far, and made all the difference.

Wow! Thank you! I couldn’t figure out why my system would finish and then would restart. Our lawn guy couldn’t even help us. I had to manually run every section because we were wasting so much water. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Thanks so much! The technician himself came out and told us that the start times were for each zone! Not that it was a full program start time! He had us running the full cycle 4 times! You're a lifesaver dude keep it up!

If people would actually take the time to read the back of the package on the rainbird waterproof connectors, it tells you pretwisting them together is not necessary. Good tip however for those that don't bother.

lol... ME AGAIN! I have one of these and it WAS a good controller years ago... Had something strange happen today that you probably know whats going on. Let's say Zone one, manual on. I have 24 measured at the station one screw and out at the valve. But no water. So I checked the MV screw and no voltage there. Just like what you show here. So tell me how moving the wire off the working station screw magically brings back power to the MV????? I got mine to flip on by adding a jumper from zone one screw to the MV screw. Obviously, this is not a correct repair. Same thing if i try other zones. I think the thing needs to go in for repair. What sayeth you sir?????

After that winter we had in 2021, it's asinine to install this thing above ground. Now I've got a mountain of work to get my system back up and running after being shutdown for 3 years!
@jagboy694 ай бұрын
Have to wonder what idiot would install that valve right there on the corner? Yeah, that's what I wanna see walking up to my front door. :-/
@moniphil16 күн бұрын
@@jagboy69Yeah, my builder placed mine on the side of my house, but it’s still exposed to the north winds, which seems negligent. However, I have neighbors who’ve got them right in front of their house and others who have them near the street. I don’t get it. Also, all of them in my neighborhood are above ground. At my first two houses, they were below ground. I installed the first one. Someone said they are required to be above ground in many areas. I can’t imagine that’s the case here as we are outside the city limit.
@jagboy694 ай бұрын
I'm not too far from you and my clowns installed my back flow stuff a foot above ground. After watching it explode TWICE with our winters, I cut that sucker off 6inches underground and said fk it. I suppose I should have put it in a box a foot underground and given the black widows a new home.
