Love it that you do add in real meat/protein...it for sure depends on it being clean or not, I am a beef farmer and there are def a lot of injections you could give your cattle so its something to look for when purchasing meat/ or purchase straight from the farmer then you can ask all the questions...but honestly I've never felt better when going more carnivore and adding in veg./fruit as I went...

This looks great. I use 5kg d/bells. It's a good exercise for the elbows as well I believe. I try and use it once a week.

Following a low fodmap diet I am finding that many of the items in your haul/4-week protocol cause me great distress. And I know it's about tolerance, learning my body .... BUT I am also SO picky so the things I can eat, I do not care for. It's texture issues, taste issues, etc. I feel like I am never going to get my eating spot-on, but please know I do the best I can and am ALWAYS open to trying new things and new ways to create meals that check all the boxes (or containers - if you will). Any suggestions to help me along the way?

How would you apply this to a woman going through peri-, premonopause? Everything changes, and this is not the same as those who are not in that stage.

Good question i think im in this. I will be 50 and noticed my stomach is always bloated, even if I dont eat.

Yes, great question! I’m perimenopause and have endometriosis. Double whammy. The bloating is constant, the fatigue is constant it’s so hard to eat right and without when your body is your biggest enemy

It's really annoying when people hate on plastic use. You can reuse it for sooooo many things. Raw materials for glass making are actually becoming more scarce.

Hi autumn, do you have a link to the video you posted years ago about when you and your friend went out to lunch and she ordered the salad that was like 1800 cal or some thing? Trying to explain container counts. Thank you!! @Autumn Calabrese

This ended up being exactly what I wanted. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. kzbin.infoUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.
