Love it that you do add in real meat/protein...it for sure depends on it being clean or not, I am a beef farmer and there are def a lot of injections you could give your cattle so its something to look for when purchasing meat/ or purchase straight from the farmer then you can ask all the questions...but honestly I've never felt better when going more carnivore and adding in veg./fruit as I went...

Following a low fodmap diet I am finding that many of the items in your haul/4-week protocol cause me great distress. And I know it's about tolerance, learning my body .... BUT I am also SO picky so the things I can eat, I do not care for. It's texture issues, taste issues, etc. I feel like I am never going to get my eating spot-on, but please know I do the best I can and am ALWAYS open to trying new things and new ways to create meals that check all the boxes (or containers - if you will). Any suggestions to help me along the way?

This program is specific for gut protocol. She has been doing this for a long time and has a team of people who work with her to make sure the programs are healthy. She is a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Health. Her brother is a chef and her sister is a fitness expert. She is well versed in nutrition and fitness and has surrounded herself with people who are also well educated. A quick google search would answer your question.

Oh Autumn... I've done all of your workout programs so needless to say I am a big fan of everything you do! I just wish you knew how animal products are actually not healthy at all, even in moderation. 😞 Please educate yourself on meat consumption, girl. I was loving this video (thinking you went vegan) until the very end when you bring up chicken and ground beef... ugh 😞 so disappointing. "What the Health" and "Game Changers" are must-watch documentaries on Netflix that will open your eyes and change your life! Just my two cents. Much love to you... ✌️
