Here I am in 2024. For me in my youthful naivety this song "Midnight at the Oasis" will always be a splendid joyful moment of never ending nostalgia. Till today the guitar riff sends me.

Amazing interview of an amazing guitarist. He should teach some lesson on KZbin, he’s a unique voice that’s was one of the 80’s biggest hits, and that decade was the most competitive for rock n roll, so it was no small feat.

Hey, you're criticizing Billy Payne‽ What do you want¿ I mean.. i was happy to see him w/the replacement Drummer for Ritchie in Feat & Robben Ford as a neat Trio in 2014(±) Yoshi's Oakland. He was a nice Guy & I'm a proud owner of a Signed 'Waiting For..' & a few things that were lettered FZ Including my Cosmic Debris Book from a Great Ike Willis w/Pojama People recently around then. He was a brilliant Guy - I don't know how Paul Barrere got to make a few Solo LPs & a few Blues Busters LPs but Bill did not seem to have it together. The weird time had to do w/Estrada who's going to be released in 2093!👍 That'll be a good time? 🤔 'Shutter Island #2: This Time- It's For Reel' an uncomfortable feat note to the Entire FEAT Book Depository .. Hollywood Blvd dig up Estrada's basement.

So basically everyone was playing music, shtoopin and cheating on each other and murdering one another, the government was lying and the former acted like they pooped ice cream, yeah your correct “ nothins changed” all except hardly anyone plays music with each other like we did back then so free n easily or sleeps on the beach .

It’s really disappointing that Cobra broke up because they sounded awesome as a rock band but Jimi was lucky enough to continue his career with Survivor what a blessing.🙏🏻

Jerry Cantrell from Alice In Chains played solos, some of the guys from the alternative rock era had great chops. To be fair, both eras had their good and bad bands. But Alternative rock was unfairly held to a sacred cow status too much.

One of the best singers of his genre and era. One of the better bands for sure.

I was looking for mention of the great Amos Garrett on the solo. His genius is that he bends 2 strings at a time.

They used a deceitful technicality to basically kill the use of the GF name. But Mark, honestly, you should have been smart enough to at the least have your attorney look at it first.
