How far ahead you need to go in order to do planche?
@TOMI_SWB12 сағат бұрын
If you can meet all the required exercises I've shared in the video, I believe that you can start training for the planche right away. Achieving them will usually depend on your starting point. For example, if you're a complete beginner and haven't done any type of workout before, it will take quite some time to master the requirements. On the other hand, you will be able to do them more easily if you already have good fundamental strength 🙌💪

Could you make a Handstand balance tutorial mate? I'm struggling holding it
@Mohammed-998-ISLAM2 сағат бұрын
If you have been training for a while then when you do this you'll balance a handstand, if you kick up strongly you must train your forearms and wrists to catch yourself, but it's not necessary, kick up slowly on grass(it's better because you can grip the ground easily, another tip that'll help is pushing you shoulders out, because in a handstand when you fall forward you push yourself away with your wrists and your core must be tight, and if you elevate your scapula as much as you can your core will contract on its own (works even when your standing up normally) keep your legs straight before kicking up and always do attempts

The basic push-up uses anywhere from about 65-70% of your body weight depending on hand placement and mass-distribution, not 50%. A quick google search will show that others have published this info. You can also use a basic weight scale to place your hands on and actually see the weight in terms of raw lbs, then just divide by your bodyweight and multiply by 100 to see the percentage. Otherwise great video! 😀

Thanks for pointing that out, many people will need an accurate number. I didn't look it up and just went with how much I thought it would be. I might need to do more research next time 🙌💪

I had a question ⁉️ Bro did you consume creatine, protein powder or any product for building your strength? How many months or years did you train your body before you can do a full planche?
@TOMI_SWB12 күн бұрын
I didn't use any protein powder or creatine, and just built my strength through working out, and a normal eating habit. I trained the planche very early right after I could do 10 good form pull ups, and around 15 - 20 push ups, and it took me around 3 years to master the full planche 🙌💪

I've been losing my workout repetition because It tooks more day to recover my doms. Maybe you have any solution to recover doms faster?
@TOMI_SWB17 күн бұрын
If it affects you a lot and you find it hard to continue your training, I would suggest you rest completely for at least 1-2 days, or you can start your workout again once you feel your body and muscles are less stiff so you can follow up with the same workout momentum. Usually, I would do so or I would train with a different workout type, for example, yesterday I did arms workout and today it starts to ache then I would change to abs workout or train with any type of exercise that won't cause my arms to feel pain so they can focus more on recovering while I can still continue my daily training 🙌💪

Bro i can do tuck plance for 10+ seconds with proper form and i am training calisthenics only for 2.5 months is my progress good pls reply bro
@TOMI_SWB17 күн бұрын
I don't know if you have done any training before, but if you can do the tuck planche for 10s with good form after 2 months of calisthenics then your progress is going pretty well. Try your best to keep it up and continue to unlock the other planche progressions 🙌💪

I believe that you can always start working out regardless of age. If you are starting at an early age or an older age, both will still have to go through the same process at first, which is to train with the fundamentals (e.g. push ups, pull ups...) to build up your strength if you want to reach further advanced movements. If your goal is to do the planche, then I would suggest you go through the beginner exercises and master the push up and the dips first, then you can slowly progress to the tuck planche. It will surely be a long journey, however, if you truly and fully aim for something, then I'm sure that the results will always stay the same, and you can still build a better physique during the process as well, so why not give it a shot 😎💪

How much time did you spend in tuck and tuck advanced?
@TOMI_SWB19 күн бұрын
Since the beginning, my goal has always been to do the planche, so I started training the tuck planche very early, and because of that, my strength was lacking a lot and it took around 7 - 8 months to do it. If you focus more on training the basics and the planche fundamentals first, then the tuck planche will become very easy to do. As for the advanced tuck, I struggled for a few months until I knew the correct technique to do it, and I was able to unlock it after a few days of training. You can check out this video, where I share the technique that I did to do the advanced tuck and also other exercises to unlock the planche progressions: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGSxpKqeecmng9E

what's your height? I'm Brazilian but I try to understand through the subtitles, because I think you give good tips. Even though sometimes the subtitles don't correspond with everything you say, sometimes I don't understand.
@TOMI_SWB19 күн бұрын
My current height is around 5ft7 (~170cm). For some of my recent videos, I have been re-checking the subtitles for English so that it would be the most accurate to what I am saying in the video. If you are watching with the subtitles of your language, then google will auto-translate it from the English subs. So most of the time there are words that won't be having the same meaning through the translation. I hope that it won't affect your watching experience much and thank you for your support 🙌💪

ho do i start bro/ like i can do l stand but dontknow for hopw long do i have to do it, and crow pose etc? step by step to progress into different poses
@TOMI_SWB19 күн бұрын
If you can already do the handstand then you will have more advantages when training for the planche, since there are many planche exercises you can combine with the handstand to make progress faster such as the planche negative. If you can hold it for around 7 - 10s per set constantly, then I believe that you are good to go. For the crow pose, you can also aim for around 5 - 10s, then I would suggest you move on to the tuck planche right away. You can check out this video, where I share some of the main exercises to unlock the planche progressions: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGSxpKqeecmng9E

I wasn't able to do 5 pushups but 20chinups and 13 pullups 2 months before and now still 25chinups and 15 pullups but I can now do 20 pushups in proper form and also diamond pushups and archer pushups and pullups and I could now also do the tuck planche hold for 5to8 seconds with proper form. So I can only say consistency is the key to success

I’m a beginner at this skill and currently at the 10% progression. I must say, the straight arm position when attempting to do the forward lean is scary. I hope there will be exercises to master that arm position because my mind can’t grasp the idea at the elbow 😂
@TOMI_SWB22 күн бұрын
Yeah bro, at first it was kinda scary for me to think about my elbow when training the planche too, but after going through many different planche exercises, my arms and elbow didn't get any injuries and my wrist was the only part that got injured 😅 You can try to get more comfortable with holding your arms straight by focusing on the planche lean hold and the pseudo push up first. Other than that, always try to warm up your wrists, arms, and upper body carefully so you can reduce the chance of getting injured while training with difficult exercises 🙌💪
