I’m not familiar with your part of the world but where I live deer can sound just like someone walking in the woods. They will start moving before dark and spend night foraging. Not saying that’s what it was. But could it be a possibility? Nevertheless still nerve racking scenario

The noise was a sound of something larger. Deer possibly? Or human size? Could definitely been paranormal. Creepy. And as others have pointed out 7:28 mark that was creepy and possibly the source of the noise

Well for under £50 from Amazon I got a Mountain Warehouse bivvy bag and a Trail 3 season sleeping bag, and I'm skint. No idea if my kit is anygood but I'll find out. Great vid.

I think you have over laid the sound of someone walking around to gain views and make a more interesting video. I think it’s time for you to concentrate on hotel reviews which make better videos than fakery.

I don’t believe in ghosts. There is just the power of suggestion and the sound of the Forrest all around you but haunted videos make good watching. In the words of John Denver “you fill up my senses like a night in the Forrest…” Do I have to say any more?

i go fishing and hear this noise of crunching a lot it is small animals like a rabbit or small rodents eating vegetation you will be surprised how loud this sounds from a small animal or it could be a mole digging or rabbit digging

Happened to me once in Australia in the outback of Western Australia. Was camping with my family and our trusty dog. My Belgian Malinois heard him creeping in 100metres away before we knew anything. She sat up in our tent and looking at the direction where the footsteps were coming from. The footstep got closer and then he started screaming and punching our tent. I let my dog out and he was mauled! He was bitten on the hands and legs. Called my dog back and the guy ran off. My dog was biting into him so I can imagine she inflicted lots of damage to the intruder. I really hope it taught him a lesson.

Thanks for the video and well done! Those were footsteps to me, the same as before and I notice that the trees, in the area you camped, were young. I wonder if there had been a house there before or even if there could have been a battle in that place.

Had similar experience during furlough in Castle Eden Dene doing a wild hammock camp with my dog I didn’t even pack up I just bailed and went back at first light for my kit The Earth could smell our fear haha 🐕😱
