Pretty similar to my place tbh, onky different are the 7 extra rooms, baloney, marble, fancy furniture and about 7.8 million. I do have a bigger tv though

I don’t wish to be unkind but the spec doesn’t look high-end enough. The kitchen doesn’t reflect the price. It looks like a builder’s merchant’s rather than bespoke. I imagine any buyer will seek to rip this out and replace it pretty quickly. However, the situation is compelling as is the view.
