as per 7th CPC , perks cant be more then 35% in any of the PSU.

@@salarygyan For PSU its 3rd PRC not 7th cpc. 47% allowances is mention on official website of ONGC you can see that. Waise ab aap kaha job kar rahe hai

You need to understand this. According to 3rd PRC in 2017 Perks can't be more than 35% with 2 to 3 exception conditions 1. In North east posting you get additional perks called north east allowance which is around 12.5%. So if you are posted in north east in any PSU you will get 35% + 12.5% = around 47% 2. In underground mining job you get additional allowance called UG allowance So perks is 35% maxm with exception in these two conditions only which is applicable for every PSU.

5:31 Bro Furniture allowance is a kind of loan only Company gives you the money over presenting the bill and then they'll deduct the amount from your salary🤷

Nope! Thats not correct. Its company owned for 3 years then it is all yours if it has depreciated fully in those 3 years otherwise you can pay for the difference amount. And then you are again eligible for the furniture claim. Its not at all a loan.
