It's aggrevating because I remember the old pixel cloning tool 1999 2000 ish. I could regenerate any destroyed photo or remove spots with perfect pixel cloning. It was a common tool. I do my best to not edit photos cause the best photographers didn't have that cheat tool. Nothing more disappointing than going home ans having spots all over your sky ....or your thumb changing the camera mode

Nice video! If you want a super fast autofocus macro lens you get a raynox dcr-150 or 250 you get two 43-49mm filter ring you attach it to a sel55210 oss lens on a câmera like a6500 and you get a Speedy 1x 2x 3x macro zoom lens ! I think this combo probably would autofocus quick on that bird you could get 2 or 3 sharp macro shots of it !!!

That was not Easy. You added additional steps that made it more complicated than it needed to be. And the time lapse resulting video looked like a regular video.

Great content. Question…I use a Canon 7D for Timelapse and it is prone to noise when ISO is above 800. Can I use LR denoising and sync that to all frames before I select my key frames in LRTimelapse?

I would maybe just say generically that new gear in general won't make you happy in the long run as it relates to photos. As I've heard many times over from various people "Invest in your photography" but by that they mean invest in opportunities to photograph (whether that's investing your time, or spending some money and going somewhere you've wanted to go like a national park, to photograph). So invest less in gear and more into experiences and opportunities would sum it up. This is where I think those who learn early on that gear doesn't make you a better photographer, are the more satisfied photographers (that and those who actually get out and shoot on at least a reasonably consistent basis -- not necessarily every day, but who are otherwise consistently practicing their craft, whether that's daily or weekly). And by this I mean actually photographing. What was sort of a wake-up call for me was that I spent the first perhaps 2 years reading all I could about photography, but didn't practice as much. As a result, I knew the technical side of the craft, but had a difficult time getting the photos I wanted because I had not actually practiced the skills I was learning about (at least on a consistent basis, I would go out atl east once a month but later realized that was not enough and if I wanted to really improve, I had to be more consistent and practice more frequently -- at least weekly).

Oddly rest areas can be good for bird photos. Talk to folks when your out. One ol boy on a quad once directed me straight to a moose grazing in a meadow.

Question: I noticed that your files from Lightroom to Photoshop were JPEG. Mine are ORF files. The process you suggests work up to the point that when you return the stack back to Lightroom it is still an ORF and the file size is too big. What does one do? Thank you for your help.

Hi David, thanks for your sharing😊. I have a problem with the output video that has blank areas on both sides of the video. (Video is not full screen) May I ask what settings should I need to pay attention to ? (Maybe the canvas size is not match with the output video size ?)

I was able to do something similar in Silverfast 9 using SRDx Dust and Scratch removal, which highlights all the artifacts neon green, then allows you to get rid of them all at once and heal the spots, but this is when scanning a photo. I can't see how to get a photo already on my hard drive into the program. I have no real skills in this, just trying to organize and restore some old family photos.

Brilliant software. I've just left Adobe for Luminar. Mostly happy with it but I'd like to see Layer naming brought in. It also accesses the image folder directly, so if you're doing any more than standard Post Processing, I'd make a copy of your image and edit that,
