I began my Mounjaro journey 22 weeks ago and 55 pounds overweight. I’ve lost only 12 pounds in 24 weeks despite eating a low carb , high protein diet and staying between 1200-1300 calories per day . I also walk 45 minutes per day and lift weights 2x per week . Would I be considered a non responder given my very poor results?

I could have literally filmed this myself, aside from losing the weight! Since having my little one, I cannot lose weight. I exercise, I calorie count and weigh everything, and the weight doesn't go. Then I give up. I have the same feeling of 'offness' through the day and always feel hungry. I feel like a GLP1 may help me turn off the food noise!

LV is a brand whose design I always like, but I am not satisfied with its quality because I have the old model and the difference is too big. So I am not willing to spend so much money on it. Now I always buy my favorite bags in *unidups* . To be honest, I have never been disappointed.

great video. glad the glp1 is doing well for you. i'm on zepbound and am down 50 lbs so far... it's nice to eat well and exercise (like ive done my whole life) and see the scale moving in the right direction. for me, there hasn't been a huge lifestyle change since getting on the meds last summer... i did get off them for 12 weeks to have a knee replacement... but luckily i didnt gain any weight back once i stopped them... which gives me hope for down the road when i assume i will eventually come off the drug? the only downside for me so far is the lack of interest i have in going to the grocery store and cooking... i miss those things sometimes!

People don't understand what they are getting into with Range Rovers. The best advice I can give you is watch "Greg and Craig's Garage" channel. THe comment from the guy on the video I saw sums it up perfectly: "Nobody would ever buy one if they were unreliable. It's an expensive car, a premium vehicle and in the larger Range Rovers' case, a big heavy "truck" so there's more to go wrong, the possibility of them going wrong is heightened and if you can't accept that, they're not for you". A lot of people comment that their 20 year old car was more reliable. Yes, it almost certainly was, because cars are now far more complex, mainly because of the Euro 6 emissions regulations having been built into the workings which is better for the environment, in theory anyway, but worse for your engine. On top of that all these new features mean they are incredibly sophisticated, which again means they are more likely to go wrong, especially when they are battered every step of the way on the UK's appalling roads. It's as simple as that really, you cannot expect a modern car with all it's gadgets to be as reliable as a bog standard 20 year old shell with an engine.

I've owned two Evoques as well for many years and never had a problem. It's just luck, every car has it's problems but if they were that bad they wouldn't be still making them after 14 years. Generally, if you lose power you can put a car in neutral and coast over to the left. Some drivers don't seem to realise this so maybe there should be some sort of training but it can happen in absolutely any car. Unfortunately it's something that pretty much everybody has to be able to deal with at some point. Few people have ever had a car that doesn't break down. It's not the car's fault or the dealer's fault that you lacked the confidence to continue driving it. You said yourself that they can't afford to do that with everybody. Most of the issues are with older ones, people buy them who can't afford to service them so they cheap out on the servicing then complain when they inevitably go wrong. But with any used car, you have no idea how the previous owners treated it. But new ones often have niggles too, it's very common. Unfortunately with modern cars they often shut down systems as a precaution when very little is actually wrong. You seem a bit naive. You haven't really given many details about what was actually wrong, you don't seem very trusting if you're rejecting cars because you've had a couple of faults (it's very common which is why we have warranties - how do you think the millions of people who no choice but to buy old second hand cars cope?), and you cannot get fined because your car broke down and private car park owners cannot fine you anyway, it's just an invoice. That's a different issue but I'm not sure what the point of this video was.

Hi I have just watched ypur video as I have started Mounjaro and completely resonate with what you talked about on this video. I have always thought I was slightly mad. I used to marathon train and still do resistance training with a PT 3 x per week (partial left knee replacement so no more running) but i only felt ok after a 10mile run. I have had no side effects, still can eat a full meal...but i am not craving sweet things. I have a normal HbA1C and Thyroid. Your description of how you felt immediately on Mounjaro is how I feel. I have lost 1 stone in 3.5 weeks ...so energised and your description of a clear head and no fuzziness...THAT IT So IT!

of the fakes is just that good. I actually don't mind if someone buys a fake because that's their money, and to be honest, it's probably smarter financially. *regbags* , do what's best for you anyway, and it's nobody's business whether your bag is real or fake as long as you don't try to resell it as the real thing.

Hi Thanks for sharing. I just bought the *hotdups* 2 days ago which was on my wish list for my occasion bag, is it worth buying this? The félicie pochette is really nice and classy and you can use it in 4 different ways, so the CA showed me the félicie from the drawer and I checked on it then I asked the CA if he can get another stock so I can compare the one he pulled from the drawer so he did. I noticed that the félicie from the drawer the leather was a bit shiny or glossy while the stock he got the leather was matt so I choose the shiny one that attracted me but I just wondered why they are different and you might have any idea. When I got home I just noticed that when you opened the envelop the back mid fold leather was a little loose is it normal when openning but when its closed its ok no problem (I didn’t noticed in the store and compare to the other one). Any advise will appreciate, I do always love watching your videos.

Is there a downside to using fake designer bags? Because I collect a little bit because I can't afford the originals and my fashion. And the ones I buy look pretty close to the originals *unidups* . That's not bad. Unless you are a professional, you can't tell the difference. Shockingly, it only costs less than $300.

Wow I believe what you said 100% because I have had the same experience when I have been on glp1 I have always felt better and I have a slow thyroid also, I truly believe it is hormonal because the minute I am off of it the same thng you describe is exactly how I have felt once I am off of the glp1. The worst part of all of this is I have asked and discussed with multiple doctors all of these things and feelings and the worst part is that most GP's just don't have a whole lot of training to help you figure out what to do to FIX the problem. I just don't know what to do anymore so honestly I would love to know what you plan to do once you reach your goal weight. Thank you for posting the video , from Arizona God Bless You for your honesty and being real in a world where everyone is concerned about how they might look to others. I am glad you are doing well for yourself.

What I want to say is that I spent less than $ 100 from the fake LV I bought from kislux . The quality is very good. I spent four years on the plane, the bus, and anywhere. As a rag. I specially smelled the bag and compared the stitching color. This is the most authentic I have ever seen. To this day, this bag is still very strong. Although it has been abused, the material is still great.

In Denmark you can get both Ozempic and Wegovy, but you have to pay more for Wegovy, as there is a higher prescription subsidy for Ozempic than Wegovy (prescription charges aren't one flat rate here). This leads to some Wegovy patients trying to get Ozempic prescribed as, unfortunately, it's the drug rather that the disease/reason for taking the drug that gives the subsidy. There was a shortage of Ozempic for this reason, with diabetics habing difficulty obtaining it, although this seems to be sorted now.

I can really relate to so much you're saying. I'm battling food noise constantly in one way or another and it's absolutely exhausting. I rarely feel satisfied when eating food. The problem I have is that I can see my weight slowly increasing but am not "technically obese" so am not able to obtain weight loss jabs. I feel sad that I am unable to address this issue before it gets bad. I guess I'm forced to watch my weight go up and up until I qualify for the jab 😔

Our current standard of healthcare is so poor. In order to refer patients to eating disorders services for anorexia they have to hit a certain target BMI (in some regions)- above that you have to just sit there and wait for it worsen. Both your and this case is obscene. Unfortunately with weight it is treated as a 'moral issue' rather than something to address, and how someone feels about their weight and how it effects their mental health does not seem to be taken as an issue. If you've never explored fasting and its safe for you to do I would look into it as it cane be transformative...

I'm 53 and looking to start on Monday. Privately paid for is a hit for me as I don't put myself first. But as my husband says I'm buying years. I've got a long way to go. And the thought of maintaining at a healthy weight is daunting but if and when i get ther I'll have earned it. I take psych meds which have added to my weight and mental health is dropping along with my mobility. I wonder how the study compares to one using normal food restrictive diets. Either way thank you for sharing and well done on your loss.

So the constant hunger was your blood sugar levels? And the drug has stabilised them? I don’t know a lot about these injections. I’ll need to look into it but I know that if I eat carbs I get blood sugar spikes that then create constant food cravings all day. If I eat high fat or protein I don’t get these cravings x

Hi Dr Emma. I just came across your channel by accident but have now subscribed 😊 what you said about how you felt most days and needing to keep eating something to make it go away is exactly how I have felt for an awful long time. Every feeling, every sensation, the lethargy! Every Gp has put it down to anxiety! Keep putting me on antidepressants, I have done everything to lose this weight. I have put on 3 stone in the last couple of years and now I don’t leave my bedroom let alone my flat. No one seems to listen to me just because I am tall and my bmi is only about 29. I have so much fat in my tummy and am constantly bloated, where these of me is not as bad. I have constant acid reflux and constantly feel unwell, I have absolutely no energy and completely lost my zest for life. I am 58 years old and no longer have a life 🙏🙏🥲 no sure where to turn as I can’t afford to by the weight loss medication and I Kano you need support while taking it. Sorry for the very long comment. I just found your story fascinating as I have not heard anyone who felt the same as I do x

It's not JUST eating breakfast, it is eating CARBS that is making you hungry. I only eat protein for breakfast (no bread, and not even vegetables in my omelet) and this keeps me satisfied for hours and hours. If I eat cereal or any other carbs at breakfast, I am hungry again in an hour, and I battle hunger all day. Try wearing a CGM and see just how much your body has to "fight" to keep your blood sugar down when you eat carbs as opposed to protein/fat. Doctors that specialize in teaching weight management thru CARB limiting will tell you that carbs affect your body for DAYS, not just until your next meal. Wearing a CGM will prove that to you.

I mention cereal in this video as a ‘typical’ breakfast food and because I like it- but I haven’t eaten it for years. I’m well versed in keto, carnivore and low carb. And was very much into the research doing competitive weight lifting and a national martial arts team. I used to eat eggs in a morning but it did make me ravenous. Even when I did keto for months- it didn’t manage my hunger at all. Saying I tried every diet was no exaggeration. I lost weight- but felt awful as my physical symptoms escalated and I felt too unwell to maintain it. That’s not the case now.
