the natural hygiene movement that started in the 1800's laid the foundation for the plant based movement that started nearly 200 years later...now, the influence of economics and 'stuff' is dictating what that movement has become...sad to say the clarity and simplicity of the foundation of natural hygiene is now just a memory as mediocrity becomes the norm based on the distortion of intellectualism...

Spices make sweat smell bad and increase the stench in feces. (Garlic and onions do too, even when they are fresh) Emulsifiers also cause this, there are corn noodles without emulsifiers, and they did not make my sweat smell bad, and there are some with emulsifiers, but they did make my sweat smell bad. I do not use body soaps/shampoo, nor deodorants, and I can go weeks without showering, not even with water alone, and I still do not have a stench in my sweat. This is the first sign that my diet is not that toxic. Secondly, I had a month when I found quality oranges, I ate only oranges for a month, without even drinking water, and my sweat had a pleasant smell of oranges, which is already a sign of health. And I did not lack protein, while when the quality of the fruit is low, they are not enough for me and I feel the need to eat hummus/rice/potatoes without spices, but only water and Himalayan salt and that's it. I also feel the need to drink water. So it depends on the quality of the fruit.

You don't have to food combine. Plant protein is complete. Nutrition Facts.
@ללמד_טבעי6 күн бұрын
You are right only about high-quality fruits, but with low-quality ones, you need a combination of rice and hummus, etc. From experience, there were times when I needed both, while recently hummus alone was enough for me, so it's a matter of quality. There were also periods (of a month in a row) when oranges alone were enough for me and I didn't need to eat legumes or water, but in retrospect, that's not enough for me.

Dairy protein has been used in pathogen research and now it feeds pathogens. Medical industry will never acknowledge this military application is the cause of our current situation. Same with protein from eggs! Same with protein from wheat, corn, soy, peanuts, tree nuts....! Our cheapest protein sources have been compromised by our own government's (and other governments) gain of function research. These foods were sufficient to sustain life before warfare compromised them. Not discounting radiation exposure, metallurgy, chemicals, etc. All used to kill many people at once and we always pay a price for genocides. It's not just designer food that makes us fat, sick, and nearly dead. You are just scratching the surface of illness in America when you think personal responsibility is to blame. Many things in health are invisible and ever-present dangers our bodies have a life/death struggle. Easing the burden on the liver is a key to healing, by eliminating stripped food and compromised protein, and at the same time bringing in as much intelligent food to continually cleanse the body of the poisons/pathogens/metals. Your message is great! Keep up the good work. 💪❤😊 You may want to interview PeterRogersMD about toxicology, if you want to understand more in depth. Katherine Reid PhD has a great list of glutamates to avoid in humans with mental distress. Yes, it even includes avoiding vinegar. So sorry to my acid - loving vegan friends! We already know alcohol causes cancer. Caffeine mimics the stress response in the body. Fatty acids in fats. Acidic vinegar. Keep your sours fresh, please! Citrus, sorrel, rhubarb or dry hibiscus and tamarind. Live a loving life.

I can relate! I had asthma as a child. Not quite this bad but I would make a trip to the ER maybe once every year or two. My asthma did subside as I got older...but it never completely went away. I grew up drinking dairy at most meals (and thinking how much better this was than some friends who drank soda much of the time). But when I went plant-based in my mid 30s, the most noticeable thing was my asthma going away almost completely. I used to have to use an inhaler prior to going running. I didn't love doing it but there was no denying it helped a lot. Since ditching dairy I've never had to do that :) I've only had to use an inhaler on rare occasions over the past 12 years or so. Usually only if I get a bad respiratory infection or chest cold. I highly recommend kicking dairy to the curb :)

Wow- I experienced the same thing with dairy products. I am an avid runner and was having knee pain so I stopped dairy to try to mitigate the pain. The knee pain and the asthma disappeared in 6 weeks- I had been on inhalers and nightly medicine. I did not realize the effect of dairy on my asthma until I stopped consuming it. Giving up dairy 6 years ago started me on my vegetarian and now vegan lifestyle. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. NO medications at 59 years old!

I was very sick in my 50's & heading towards a major stroke and diabetes both of which run in my family genes including cancer. A Vegan entered my life and told me what happens in those dark torture sheds to innocent animals - I was so upset my money was paying for that so I went Vegan thinking I'm probably going to die...let's face it...we're manipulated to think that if we change...something bad will happen. My body completely healed. I'm healthier today at 65 than my entire life. I am so grateful for that Vegan. My compassion saved my life of suffering. I chose to stop causing suffering, and my suffering ended. I look forward to getting older and staying fit strong and healthy. I'm LOVING my health!

Think this post is maybe what you refer. Natural Hygiene was taught by Natives to USA medical people & those teachings remained the law of the land up until the late 1800's when big pharma began to take over making Natural Hygiene unjustly obsolete until early 1900's when Herbert M. Shelton re-founded the orthopaedic practice at his health sanatoriums & by the 1950's he ran for potus, but big oil land grabs & big pharma swindles had a monopoly by then, also it was further corrupted by the liquor industry that had spiraled out of control as a drug of choice ever since the 1930's. So it is way past time to make Natural Hygiene a part of our daily lives again, as the once sober apple cart was upset too many times over the years by oppressive governmental inebriated addicts who have been increasingly abusing a once sound medical practice here in America for far too long. Here is my take on needed improvements for those who have yet them or even considered changing these corrupt current laws yet. Back around the 70's reagan began shutting down state hospitals to save taxes for the rich resulting in an ever increasing spiral of homeless street people & overcrowded prisons. Reagan was inebriated on his bubbly. That points to another mess up that occurred back in the 30's when they made alcohol their drug of choice as legal recreation & criminalized other intoxicants. Past time for a resolution to both these gross errors. 1- make all drugs & alcohol legal medically with supervision. 2-drug & alcohol test all law enforcement, politicians, educators & gun owners at their own expense, never as illegal recreation in use currently. Until those insane obsolete laws, rules & regulations are changed with appropriate resolutions the errors of the past will continue to escalate.
