THe eIgHtIeS wErE sO mUch bEtTeR. Yeah, and back in the 80s, people were saying the 70s were better. And back in the 70s, people looked back wistfully at the 60s. Lather, rinse, repeat. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.

I supported Schumi from when he moved to Ferrari and had fun watching Mika, Coulthard, Montoya fighting him. When Kimi moved to McLaren I was sure he would beat Schumi, so full respect to Kimi. He was good.

These guys had class that goes for Murray and James as well and lets not forget Jackie Stewart unlike the petulant whiny brats of today. It was good to see this again

Lil bro, you'd better shut up. Mid Alonso destroyed primed Raikohonikken. Even Massa woudl've destroyed your bro, but I undertstand why you hate Alonso. Cause he still figures, but Raikkonen no one knows who that fuckin alcoholic his, greetings from a 99 since Tifoso.

salty ass canuck fan whining about bitching about his team choking at the worst possible time and thomas putting up the playoffs of a lifetime and trying to use the injury excuse to downplay their championship and claim thomas' pads were illegal but doesn't say exactly how and when asked to give proof he ghosts those asking like a little coward what a joke

I think people forget how fast and naturally gifted Raikkonen was. In his Mclaren years Raikkonen was incredible.

I'm surprised you didn't include his Monaco 2005 pole lap, in which he beat Fernando Alonso to the line by half a second. It even left James Allen surprised, which I thought was hilarious. _"Half a second, HALF A SECOND!"_

Just shows his lack of range really. No reason a driver of his supposed calibre shouldve been as far off Alonso as he was that season. Guy was worse than Stroll next to Fernando

Why is nobody talking about Williams? They had the 2nd/3rd fastest car for the majority of the season and they also had both cars out in q1
@FutureF1235 күн бұрын
McLaren would have won both championships with ease had they just supported the better driver throughout the season instead of playing mind games. Ron did a lot of great things but boy was he poor at people management.

Absolutely love this. Look at 11:20 "Tell me another great golfer...."..."Would Nick Faldo go to Tiger Woods for advice" ??. This is precisely the point behind the F2008 changes at Ferrari. You cannot tell a Great Driver How he should drive a car or How that Car Should be set Up and that's exactly what they did !!. Kimi and Michael had Great respect for each other you can see it throughout the clip, but I remember Kimi not being very impressed about what was happening when he was interviewed.

16:20 Nelson Piquet. in the red car in fourth place, almost loses the car coming out of the chicane. He slowed down for several laps. IU remember Piquet during these years. The guy was insane behind the wheel. It was beautiful to watch him drive the wheels off these cars.
