The players based cooked I log in every once in a while I’ve never seen the Game so dry during the holidays. Watch tower a ghost land . Most population just sits in the new area. The game nowhere as active as it used to be. Dc never use to have so many Marketplace Sales going on Rapidly all the time. Everytime I log in something is on sale. That’s the clearest indication this shit going down fast

When currency is buyable like that what's the point to even play the begining of hardcore pay2win whales be having full gear on steroids day 1 dumping their wallets on the game I left DCUO like 9 years ago and yeah every video I come to see with nostalgia just makes me realise I did the best decition the game didn't change one little is literally the same money hungry game and goes for worst is way more complicated than before they implement lots of useless stuff and change stuff that was actually cool the first years DCUO was amazing the cancel animations for DPS where insane the the game was soo somple all you had to care was the gear, exobytes, trinkets and the house augments but now there is soo much weird stuff that I don't even know about is almost a completly diferent game too scary for new players to start too

I started playing the game, it was fun in the beginning but after that i completely stopped because of all the Microtransactions and stuff. It says Free 2 Play but sadly feels like I'm being forced to buy cool stuff the more i continue playing, so i just stopped and uninstalled it.

i played dcuo when it 1st released, I stopped playing a bit before they added water to the powers, kinda sad to see the population die out, imo they should shut the game down for like 3-4 months and completely revamp the whole game, they have to put in on better unreal engine, the combat in the game is fine but they could do so much more

It's a bridge closer for new players is all. Yall speak like all it takes is gear! It takes gear, skill points and talent to actually be on top or op, this alone won't do it for them but will keep them encouraged and playing.

It may be a free to play game, but to stay up and running they gotta get money from somewhere, or it will die for certain!

Insane bot comment, time capsules, broker gear, broker emblems, Collections, you could buy 400-500sp just off the broker alone. You ppl don’t play the game at all. This is why we get half ass DLCs. We have people max cr that don’t even kno what artifacts to run for their role. Skill points is slowly becoming outdated. Ally’s can carry also as artifacts. You don’t need max SP to be able to function you can legit pass with 500-600. Easy to obtain with all the time capsule and style feats via broker.

The game is shit point blank simple. New players shouldnt have to buy anything to "Catch up" with the current meta. Don’t you see? This is a plant to grab money as fast as possible. This makes replay badges literally meaningless which kills the replay ability of the dlc. The dlc is so easy because they release shitty 1 raid 10 min elite mission on top of the fact u can now just buy flat out currency. Where’s the grind anymore? The grind has been eliminated. Why buy replay badges and continue running the mission when now I can just flat out buy currency? Don’t u see the issue?

The dlcs are too easy because the player base is too casual. The dlcs have no replay ability because u can just buy the currency. There’s no grind aspect there’s no difficulty to the DLCs it’s becoming pointless

It's been a long time coming. I played ep48 yesterday, then went to run some stuff in ep 47. There was maybe 5 people in there. If you're a long time player of this game, there is no incentive to play the older content, and the new content is all over the place. The voice acting is shit, the character designs are fucking deplorable.

13 years, 7 months is the length of time hearing how DCUO is dying. As for the game, this is no different from all other MMO or MMORPG games out there. I'm okay with this. This game like all games out there is a business and like every business entity out there they don't have to tell us anything as it relates to how a business decides to earn profit, revenue, or capital to increase growth or net working capital to remain solvent and pay their employees.

@ZeoDcuo You're not getting the point. If you don't pay your employees there is no way to develop the game. Granted, the content has degraded, but there is content and whether you like the content or not is on you. No one is forcing you to play and as far as I can tell, all games out there require subscriptions, paying for DLCs, costumes, and so much more. It comes down to consumers to choose whether the fun of playing outweighs the cost. The problem I see is everyone thinks about the end benefit for them. This is a company, it has people employed to do a job. Great job, poor job, matters not. As a consumer, you made a choice to play DCUO and how you choose to play is on you... same for all players.

A business doing everything possible to create a revenue stream and remain solvent for as many decades as possible. No one forces your hand to play this game. I don't know you but I believe you're smart enough to understand you have a choice to play the game as it is provisioned, or you don't. But don't, I'll use your vernacular, "spew" rhetoric on a company doing everything possible to generate income. In the end, it comes down to supply and demand, and it is the American Way of running a business after all.

the quality of the last 3 eps were absolute garbage, Half the content from last ep was unplayable and their were so many game bugs. The worst piece of content I've ever seen from any game I've enjoyed. Then this dlc came out and just verified the game is cooked, straight up embarrassment to the game and all the ogs who still just cope with it are gonna be sad when the game shutsdown and their out thousands of dollars bc they wanted to keep supplying a game that doesnt respect your time our money. The game is absolute trash has been a nostalgia grab since stats revamp when the game slowly went into maintenance mode for good.
