FYI, the way the camera is whipped around so often when you're narrating is very headache inducing. :) It's okay to let the camera sit still and move just a little while you're speaking. :)

I like a good earthy green, or a deep dark green, almost black, also a jewel-tone anything, but especially green.

Emerald and Forest Green are gorgeous shades 😊

I really enjoy these more realistic builds, especially for adding townie families to my neighborhoods. I often like to build my own sim up from nothing and it’s weird when it feels like all their neighbors are wealthy. Also, thank you for uploading an unfurnished version! I love watching creators furnish the apartments but my poor old computer can’t handle loading a lot with several fully furnished and cluttered up apartments. I suck at building exteriors but I need a relatively blank canvas to start from.

I started to remodel, but my computer broke down. So, I cant play Sims 4 now. Remember, you can change the exterior of the home too. Perhaps into a half brick/half stucco? I am glad nobody can change my homes I designed, but me :).

The white tvs aren't actually white they are more of a gray tone.

What’s crazy is that I learned a lot of things from this video unintentionally. Literally had no idea you could change the orientation of cabinets and counters… Also really inspired me to renovate this, so antsy that I literally had to speed up the video so I could finish it but get to renovating it faster 😭

I liked your choices for the colors in the different rooms in this build

I know this is three years old, but since you mentioned it. This is definitely my preferred content. Speed builds are okay sometimes, but i greatly prefer to watch the build process like this. I like to look through the catalog and day ooh what about the wallpaper from this pack or the plant from that pack, ect. Also, it's really hard to focus on the video when the camera is flipping all over the place.
