I grew up in a low income apartment and this really hit home for me. I love how you said that they still try their best to decorate to make it look nice when you maybe don't have a lot to give towards it. I know my parents did their best to make the place look nice and feel like home. Thank you for sharing, it was nice going down memory lane.
