Trying to build a random house on Google Maps in The Sims 4

Today, I am building a house I found on Google Maps in The Sims 4! This home is located in Salem, Massachusetts. It is a cozy and quaint looking little cottage that caught my eye. It has so much character!
This home is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom and is built on the Sporting Space lot in Brindleton Bay (30x20).
