It seems like Braylee’s school is good at communicating and sharing curriculum with you. That is so good because it enables you to reinforce at home.

I love how your school makes so many resources for her! But I do wonder how they translate? For me, I was always an extremely slow learner when it came to school/ working from books. For me hands on learning and applying ideas to experiences always helps me!!! It’s like how I fell behind in math early on (even though I am good at math), but then my senior year I had a teacher who would only teach with real world things. She would come up with stories, or bring in real objects for us to think about and measure (geometry) and even though I had been failing math up until then, I got the second highest grade in that class without even trying to! I really wish schools would change how they teach, I think sitting down and looking at things works for some people, but I think it’s always better to get more involved/engage, move, think, experience!! I still think what Braylee’s school is doing is really awesome! But I also wonder if they could do more? Or maybe you guys could come up with/Google some creative learning activities and experiences for her to engage in with her learning resources after school to build off of what she is learning in school. Hopefully that makes sense! Kind of like when you guys made paper out of the paper scraps. She probably learned way more about paper from doing that than ever being told about paper. Kind of a silly example, but maybe you could use it to get more creative too. Like count the paper as you make it, but then if you tear up one piece of paper and put it back in the water, how many pieces of paper did we make now? Loll

Braylee will get there! All the best with your teaching. You do need lots of patience but just keep on as you're doing. Sorry about your deer encounter but it really could have been far worse!

My brother-in-law just last week hit a deer head-on. It crushed the whole front end and totaled his car. Thank God he wasn’t hurt at all. Not even a scratch.. Thank God you weren’t hurt and had only minor damage to your car..I hope you and your family are doing fine..Love you all and God bless✝️🙏🏻❤️🙂🌈!

There at least used to be a device you put on your bumper that whistles or something and it keeps the deer away from your car.

I’m Proud of Braylee. I have watched your videos for a little while. I do know how you feel hitting the deer. I agree the deer hit you. When we lived in Ketchikan Alaska a deer hit me and I wasn’t going fast because I see the deer out of the corner of my eye. Then the next thing I knew there it was. It did damage to the front of my car. I 🫶 your family. Thank you much.😉😎💖

Braylee is doing so good at communicating and expressing her feelings. You are so right, everyone learns at a different pace and in different ways. She is clearly willing to learn but just may need more time along some lines and that is fine. I'm sorry about the deer encounter but so glad you weren't injured. The car doesn't look too bad and it can be fixed in time.
