Using the wrench in that way actually deforms the cylinder. I bet that if you measure the internal dimensions it is no longer symmetrical in the middle

Interesting master. At 07.20. Why insert all the plastic ring, have an excess which peaks 5 centimeters. Another way: first insert the plastic ring around 90, 180, 270 and 360 degrees. Then insert the rest, each quarter of the ring.

I would never understand... Why not clean it first with something like sandblaster ? Then big percentage of the work is done on dirty floor intstead ?!?! Squatting like this can lead to knee problems...

Wow great job, love your channel…..surprised to see no gloves, flapping clothes that can get caught in machinery, no protection shoes etc, etc… these are the type of people that would thrive after a nuclear holocaust, not western people. I lift my hat to you guys !! Stay Safe !!

Thats not generator. Its an air compressor. The part being rebuilt is the pump, not the engine.

El disco de corte sin su protección, esa pieza hay que cambiarla por una nueva. Estos señores cuando nacen, en una mamo traen un electrodo y en la otra un soplete, hay piezas que no se pueden soldar ya que no tendrán una vida util.

Installing dry seals with a screw driver isn't a smart idea he could have lubed it with some of the old fluid it'll been better than being dry.

If these industrious grease monkeys had restored their engine in a pristine environment, the result would have been excellent, and the engine would reliably beat forever. Unfortunately, the grit, grime, and snot they are restoring the engine in will ensure it will not last long.
