Well it was a therapist cos I have a lot of trouble sleeping she said to listen to pink noise on Spotify but I don’t no how to use Spotify so I came here cos your the only one with pink noise black screen and no ads wich I appreciate

@@kamiluvscory Ah, that makes sense. Keep in mind that there are plenty of other noises and sounds, so it's OK to experiment and tell your therapist if you find something that works better for you than pink noise. 🙂 Or, if pink noise is the best, then there you go!

KZbin has a kind of weird patchwork of ways to notify creators that someone has commented. It's annoying but I'm used to it now, so I usually know when someone's said something, and I reply. 🙂

My leopard gecko is so happy he’s always sleeping but his yawns are so cute my friend cried when she didn’t see my gecko yawn lol my leopard gecko loves to eat crickets meal worms caterpillars and grasshoppers he is cute and chubby I love him sooooooooo much he’s a cute lizard his eyes are black and a brown color his name is spot I like to sometimes call him a munchkin cos he’s small and fat he always scares me though he’s always trying to go behind his hide wich once almost killed him I found out he was a boy a wile ago although he may be cute but he will stare at you at night he’s a derp I got him for my tenth birthday I herd they live up to 20 years meaning I will be an adult when he dies sorry this is so long but he’s a scale ball he eats his shed and I always want to peel the shed but it’s bad for the gecko so I don’t he hates baths so I don’t bath him he’s aloud to wander around my room I can trust him he is addicted to calcium yet he hates reptivite the he’s a leopard gecko I love him so much you once told me you had green anoles what were there names did they live long idk but all I know is that this is realy long so a I’m going to stop right here

I did have green anoles! Brown ones, too. And I don't mean green ones that turned brown (because they do that), but actual brown anoles − totally different species (and they actually can't change color like the green ones). I was pretty young so I don't remember how long they were with me, but I think I gave them a pretty good home. 🦎

Though if you DO get hit with a mid-roll ad, please keep in mind I didn't put it there and I've done everything I can to prevent them from happening, but KZbin has a bug that lets them play anyway. 😒 I list alternative platforms you can try in each of my video descriptions, just in case.

Other sleep apps, do not have an ad pop-up. I will not use this one anymore 5 o'clock in the morning and my entire family is awake including my dog. You shouldn't blame KZbin. I will go back to the other ads that this doesn't happen on.

I do blame KZbin, because KZbin's technical support told me 1) it should NOT be happening, 2) it IS happening, 3) they know WHY it is happening, and 4) they "MIGHT" fix it someday. I've done EVERYTHING I possibly can to help with this issue. I am just a KZbin user, like you, and have no power to change or influence how their platform works. I have also gone to the trouble of mirroring my content on other platforms and offering links to every single one of them in the descriptions of every single one of my videos. For example, as of December 2024, I have been recommending that people use Odysee if they get ads on long KZbin videos. But yes, I do blame KZbin, and you should, too. I guarantee that even if you use other long KZbin videos, you will be blasted with mid-roll ads because your number is up. That's unfortunate, but your account has been chosen. It may not happen every time, but it WILL happen.

I sometimes become accidentally nocturnal when my sleep cycle gets thrown off by an all-nighter or something, and I just go with it. As you well know, daytime is so full of disturbances which can mean really low-quality sleep. I'm so glad this helps you get the rest you need! 💤

Doing my best! 🫡 If you ever DO get a mid-roll ad, please know I didn't put it there! I have them disabled, but KZbin has a bug that plays them anyway for some people. In that situation, your best bet is to check the video description and choose an alternative platform to access the content.

While brown noise is deeper than white noise, it is not deeper than this unless it has been modified with additional power in the lower frequencies. This brown noise came directly from Audacity and is unmodified. You can learn more about the colors of noise (and check out examples) here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colors_of_noise

I think this is the best 😊 maybe except for that high pitched chirping that sounds like fast forward on a cassette tape. But i notice i only hear this on the smartphone speaker, not on an external speaker. I like the stormy rain and ocean shore sounds. Ps: as a related aside, i used to like combining the tracks of whale sounds and the song by Grand Funk: Closer to Home. That's an interesting thing to hear.

The smaller speakers of mobile devices tend to be a bit tinny, so unfortunately they'll really accentuate anything like that in whatever audio you're listening to. I'm glad it at least sounds nice to you on more substantial speakers! 🙂 I wish I had the resources to record whale songs, but that's a bit out of scope for me at the moment!
