"Not materialistic, he just wanted the music to be there for the people..." Sadly, the same cannot be said for Rod Stewart, no wonder they had a falling out. RIP Ronnie Lane.

Jones drum solo from the original clip was so much better. He’s got so many drums the melody of the original is gone.

What tripe at the end, he was a lovely man. The film was nice , but the straights and the beard ruined it. Be well young Luke.

Such a shame that the beautiful memory of Ronnie Lane is mixed on the same program with this fascist thug, who openly called for the assassination of writer Salman Rushdie, on the BBC, and who to this day, praises the murderous regime that took power in Iran in the 1979 communist-backed coup. Notice the BBC even lets the guy trash talk Ronnie Lane’s band, calling them a bunch of drunkard (“lotto”). I would say BBC should be ashamed, but of course they are shameless.

@@lordevalve9190 yes. I had reviewed the video again. I guess I had kind of was in question then but now I do realize the large headstock in relation to the emblem. Guild's emblem was always one size and it seemed large in this case. The Zemaitis there's a guitar of a different player. One of major notoriety though all the same. No?
